Tijdens deze tour wordt u opgehaald bij uw verblijfplaats en naar El Yunque National Forest gereden, ongeveer een uur rijden van San Juan. Je ervaart El Yunque National Forest door de ogen van onze gepassioneerde gidsen. Je wordt begeleid en luistert naar live documentaires over de culturele betekenis van deze plek voor onze Puerto Ricaanse voorouders. Deze tour geeft je veel kennis over het belang van de boomsoorten, de natuur en het bergland voor de bevolking van Puerto Rico. De tour duurt ongeveer 5 uur, van ophalen tot terugbrengen, inclusief rijtijd, drie verschillende stops in het bos en een stop bij een lokale plek voor souvenirs en lunch voordat we terugkeren naar San Juan.

Bring a rain poncho, there will be rain. Take advantage of the opportunities to swim. Thoroughly enjoyable! Great view from the tower.

This was a fantastic experience! Our driver, Isaac, was a sweet young man with knowledge of his country's history. He was great at pointing out historical sites on our way to the rainforest. Great experience and great driver. I highly recommend this company and the driver, Isaac!
Great experience in the rainforest. We were able to take the trail that lead to an area with a water hole, drive by a waterfall (stopped to take pictures) and went to a viewing tower with panoramic views. I didn't want to go down a waterfall so this your was perfect. We were able to eat a quick lunch and grab souvenirs on the way back down. Our guide Ingrid was so informative about the area, Taino history and the native plants!

Tour was great! Issac picked us up from our hotel and gave us some history and interesting facts along the way to the rainforest. Our time at the rainforest was fun. The nearly mile round-trip hike was pretty easy and was nice to get out and walk for a little bit.
