Communication before our booking was very quick and easy using What’s App. This was imporyant since we had last minute hotel changes due to flooding in HoiAn. The car was prompt, and very comfortable for the hour-long drive to the Bana Hills. Our driver was cautious and careful. He did not, however, speak English and we had to continue to communicate using What’s App. It was awkward but not a problem. Our ticket for the car was delivered electronically, as were the tickets for the cable car ride up to the Golden Bridge. We agreed on a pick-up time, again, using What’s Apo to communicate with the office. 2-1/2 hrs later he picked us up at the agreed upon spot for the return trip. As it happens, I left my sunglasses in the car when we returned after dark and I hadn’t even realized it yet when I got a phone message that they would be delivered back to our hotel. This was a very nice gesture since the glasses were good ones. All in all, it was a good experience, and I would recommend it as long as you are comfortable communicating by text message.

Sun Valley was fantastic, even for a rainy day. Magical. With regards to the private car, our driver was incredibly helpful. He picked us up at our requested time, earlier than suggested. Then, he did not just drop us off, but helped us get to the proper counter and navigate the ticketing process.
