Kom met ons mee om te genieten van de prachtige stad Lyon. U kunt kiezen tussen een gewone fiets of, als u meer comfort wilt, kunt u kiezen voor de optie met de elektrische fiets. Tijdens deze 3 uur durende tour ziet u de stad van het noorden tot het zuiden. Ontdek de belangrijkste pleinen, wandel langs de 2 rivieren en het belangrijkste: je wandelt het mooiste park van Lyon binnen: Tête d'Or. Kom met ons meerijden!

Uw gids verwelkomt u in ons agentschap waar u uw persoonlijke bezittingen kunt achterlaten. Daarna krijg je een korte training om de fiets te leren gebruiken en krijg je weinig instructies.
Laten we naar het mooiste park van Lyon gaan, het Tête d'Or-park. U zult genieten van het groen van het park, de mooie paden en de zoete geur van bloemen. Je gaat van de tropische kassen naar de rozentuin en maakt een korte stop in de dierentuin!
Terreaux Square is een van de belangrijkste plaatsen op het schiereiland. Er zijn het stadhuis, het Museum voor Schone Kunsten en ook de beroemde Bartholdi's Fontein.
Laten we verder gaan naast de historische wijk: de Vieux-Lyon (Oude Stad). U zult de mooie kleurrijke gebouwen en het iconische monument waarderen, zoals het Gerechtsgebouw en de kathedraal Saint-Jean-Baptiste.
Laten we verder gaan naar het schiereiland (Presqu'île) om op het grootste voetgangersplein van Europa te gaan: Bellecour Square. Geniet van het mooie standbeeld van de koning Lodewijk XIV en zijn grappige anekdote.
Aan de oevers van de Rhône zijn er vele prachtige landschappen zoals de Fourvière of de Croix-Rousse heuvel. Het is een leuke plek om plezier te hebben met de fiets!
Rij tot het einde van Lyon! Je zult zien waar de twee rivieren elkaar ontmoeten! U ontdekt het nieuwe deel van de stad met alle moderne architectuur.
De tour eindigt vlakbij de prachtige rivier de Saône. U zult genieten van de mooie gebouwen geïnspireerd door de Italiaanse stijl.

Great experience, very complete tour of Lyon accompanied by information and interactions from our superb guide Maëva. We enjoyed this moment very much , the 3 hours pass very quickly and the electric bike is a real plus that allows to cross the city in a short time and without tiring. The bikes are ok. Riding down the river was pleasant. However, the tour guide needed a lot of help with his basic English from another customer who had to translate for him. Otherwise we struggled to understand him. He lacked knowledge about Lyon and enthusiasm and had to follow his phone for directions sometimes. We missed two stops (the Old Town and a large Square) out altogether. We’ve done quite a few city cycle tours and this was the worst. It wasn’t the guide’s fault. He needs more training and English lessons to justify £48 a person.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you encountered during the tour. We are currently investigating what happened on the day of your tour. We are concerned to learn that you struggled to understand the guide, we completely understand how disappointing this must have been. But he had done many tours with English speakers and everyone could understand him… For your information, cycling is not ideal in the narrow and crowded streets of the Old Town (Vieux-Lyon), which is why the tour did not go through them. However, you did ride alongside the area and received an explanation about this historic district. As for Bellecour Square (the « large square »), it is currently under construction, and we felt there was little value in stopping there, especially as it could have been perceived as unsafe. We genuinely appreciate your honest review, as it helps us improve. If you ever return to Lyon, we would love to have the opportunity to offer you a better experience. Best regards,
It doesn't go to sites in Old Town Lyon but rather more modern attractions across the city. The route covers 15 miles.
Thank you John for your review. Yes indeed, we do not go inside the Old Town because it is not accessible by bike 😉 But we still see the Vieux-Lyon, and we talked about it. Have a nice day !
Lea was our guide, and she was excellent. An easy pace around the city with interesting information. I highly recommend doing this tour as you gain a very good insight and feel for the history and layout of the city.

It was an excellent tour of Lyon by bike. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There are loads of cycle paths to get around, so really safe and easy. It was honestly amazing and I would absolutely recommend!

This guided experience provided an excellent geographic, cultural and historic orientation to the city of Lyon. A highlight on Sunday morning was seeing how the Lyonnaise enjoy the rivers, parks and paths in the urban environment.
