Beginnend bij de oostelijke poort van Ploče vervolgen we de ingang van de stadsmuren nabij het fort van St. John en beginnen onze rondleiding door de stadsmuren die zich 1940 m uitstrekken, genietend van het uitzicht op de straten, huizen, paleizen, forten, kloosters, inclusief locaties die werden gebruikt bij het filmen van Game of Thrones en nog veel meer. Geniet van de prachtige bezienswaardigheden en luister naar verhalen en opmerkelijke feiten door de vele eeuwen van de dramatische geschiedenis van Dubrovnik, inclusief het recente verleden tijdens de Homeland War. De kathedraal van de Hemelvaart van de Heilige Maagd Maria, de Schatkamer van de Republiek, het bisschoppelijk paleis en de Ponta-poort.
Rector's Palace - de zetel van de regering van de Republiek Dubrovnik.
Hoofdplein van de stad, klokkentoren, kleine Onofrio-fontein, stadhuis en de kerk van St. Blaise. Bezoek de Homeland War Memorial Room in het Sponza-paleis. Einde van de rondreis.

Incredible history and breathtaking views of Dubrovnik and the harbor. The kids were prompted with interesting questions, stayed engaged and learned a lot; the adults enjoyed the history of the city, its defense systems and political influence on the region. Could not have asked for a better tour guide.
Mia is an excellent tour guide. We were a family of 6 adults :) the tour went around the city walls with all the explanations and recommendations. Mia speaks perfect English. We had a very good time.
Wow. Mia was amazing. Kept in touch with us leading up to the event and even was very helpful. It changes the times when we were looking to make it earlier. The tour was amazing. She showed us so much of everything around the walls and was very patient with us while we were on the wall, asking questions, I would recommend this tour to everyone. It was so much better doing this private tour. Some of the large groups couldn’t even hear their tour guide speaking. Mia was a pleasure and so knowledgeable of the area.
