Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points to ensure future guests have a clear and accurate understanding of the experience. Shortly after your booking, we reached out within an hour to explain the meeting point and pickup arrangements, which are also clearly outlined in the tour details. Your hotel was located approximately 1 hour 20 minutes outside of the capital. While we recommended taxi or public transportation options, you opted for public transport (usd $8 Round-trip). To assist, we coordinated pickup and drop-off at the bus stop to make things as smooth as possible. Regarding the transportation cost mentioned, this was not quoted or provided by us and appears to relate to an external taxi service. As for the tour itself, our dash camera records confirm the tour ran from 9:10 AM to 1:15 PM slightly exceeding the scheduled duration. All stops were completed as outlined. The locations visited are primarily scenic viewpoints (Trafalgar Falls is not accessible for swimming based on safety protocols as it can clearly be seen in photos or on Arrival.) ( The Springs Boils at 100°C/212°F which are not swimming temperatures). Viewing is done from a platform 10Feet and 5feet away from the sites listed, which is clearly stated in the itinerary and reiterated on arrival. During the tour ( Group of 9 persons), the guide did note a few challenges that affected the group’s flow, including delays while our solo traveler constantly wondered off from the group at stops and created misunderstandings about information that had already been shared. We always do our best to keep everyone together and ensure the experience runs smoothly for all guests. We pride ourselves on delivering a professional, enjoyable experience and yes, good vibes come standard on every tour. Even on the occasional “extra adventurous” day, we keep things positive and welcoming for everyone. 😉 We truly appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.✌🏽
