In de aankomsthal van de luchthaven staat een van onze bekwame chauffeurs klaar om u te verwelkomen met een naambordje, u te helpen met uw koffers en u naar uw voertuig te leiden, zodat u naar elke locatie in Doha kunt gaan.

Fairoos communicated with us the night before and was on time to take us to the airport. Very helpful and personable. Highly recommended
The driver did not show up so we called an Uber. He wrote to us as if he was waiting but when we confirmed our arrival we should call him, which we did, but for 30 minutes while we waited no response so we called a car.
Dependable. Was in constant communication, before I arrived, when I was coming through Passport Control, and where to meet in the arrivals hall.

It to 2.5 hours to clear immigration and my driver was in constant contact. He was very polite and accepting of the delay.
I'm not sure if it's Viator or the tour operator, but I paid for a Mercedes Sprinter van win a capacity of 12 passengers, and got a 7 passenger van that wasn't big enough to hold 6 people with luggage. I texted via WhatsApp someone and told them the number of people and luggage, and their response was ok. They then brought another car and told me that I needed to pay for the extra vehicle. We did not feel that this was the best choice for a transfer. The drivers were nice, but there was definitely a disconnect somewhere.
