Ervaar de verborgen juweeltjes van het noorden van Lanzarote en het ongerepte eiland La Graciosa in één dag. Onze ambtenaar Eilandgids haalt je op en neemt je mee in een noordelijk richting het iconische huis van de beroemde acteur Omar Sharif, LagOmar. Het prachtige huis is gebouwd op rotsen met verborgen grotten en natuurlijke labyrinten. Nu is het tijd om over het water naar het pittoreske eiland worden gebracht La Graciosa, ongerept, traditioneel en gewoonweg adembenemend. Een vers bereide lunch wordt geserveerd aan boord van de boot in de haven van La Graciosa bij aankomst. Daarna kan het breng tijd door met het ontdekken van de schilderachtige straatjes in het dorp en de huizen gebouwd op zand, of ga zwemmen in de kristalhelder water rondom het eiland. Terugkerend naar Lanzarote na een geweldige tijd stoppen we bij de beroemde Mirador Del Rio met het beste uitzicht Lanzarote, met uitzicht op La Graciosa. Gewoon verbluffend !

LagOmar, genesteld in de heuvel in Nazaret, is een museum, kunstgalerie, bar en restaurant dat in 1997 voor het eerst voor het publiek werd geopend. In de jaren 1970 bouwde een Britse projectontwikkelaar Sam Benady het pand als een showwoning voor mensen die geïnteresseerd zijn in het kopen van onroerend goed in het gebied van Oasis de Nazaret. Het idee om het huis in de steengroeve te creëren met zichtbare stenen muren en witgekalkt beton in een stijl die doet denken aan Duizend-en-een-Arabische Nacht, werd bedacht door César Manrique en uitgevoerd door Jesús Soto.
"Mirador del Río" (uitkijkpunt El Río) bevindt zich op de kliffen van Risco de Famara, op 400 meter boven de zeespiegel, en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op het eiland Lanzarote. Het is de thuisbasis van een van de meest representatieve gebouwen van architect César Manrique.
Het achtste Canarische eiland is een klein, dromerig paradijselijk eiland, de perfecte bestemming voor wie rust en stilte zoekt en van de natuur in zijn puurste staat wil genieten. Met zijn witte zandstranden en turquoise water heeft het geen geasfalteerde wegen of vervuiling. Het is een schat die wacht om ontdekt te worden, met iets meer dan 700 inwoners.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Normaal gesproken vindt de pick-up buiten de hoofdingang van het hotel (buiten de receptie). Als er een bushalte in de buurt van het hotel is, zal de pick-up daar zijn. Pick-ups starten 90 minuten voor aanvangstijd. Bevestig de ophaaltijd bij ons de dag voor de activiteit.

Such a lovely day! We first visited the very unique house of Omar Sharif and learned all about the history of the house. We then had a trip to the island of La Graciosa. If I’m honest it was a bit long for such a small island with not much on it. Maybe take swimwear to enjoy the lovely white beaches. We visited the church and lit a candle but felt like we were hanging around waiting to leave after that. We did struggle to find any restaurant that would allow us to sit and have a drink, they only wanted people having food. We had already had a very nice lunch on the boat (paella) so only needed cold drinks. We then topped off our tour with the amazing views of Mirador del Rio. Such stunning view!! Would highly recommend. The tour guide was exceptional, three different languages and we didn’t feel left out as the only two English speaking. He sat us next to him on the bus and it felt more like a personal guide which we loved. The driver was very safe and considerate too. A very enjoyable day.

The places visited were beautiful; La Graciosa is an oasis of peace and tranquility. Nieves the guide is a charming person and a wonderful professional; she made the day very enjoyable for us. To find a fault, the rice they served us was overcooked.

Excellent trip, full of interesting places to see. Our guide Racquel spoke 3 languages, tour was in Spanish, French and English. Pick up from the hotel was smooth and on time. First stop was Beautiful house of Lagomar, a lot of claiming up the stairs tough. I had sore thighs next day. After that we went to see Jardin de Cactus - cacti garden. Absolutely stunning place, immaculate. Ferry to the island of Graciosa was quick but chilly, take jacket with you. Lunch was included in our trip and was delicious, local cuisine and vine. On the return from Graciosa we were drop off back to our hotels. Overall, wonderful experience. Will highly recommend.

The Lagomar was very interesting and well worth a visit. The ferry trip to La Graciosa was not worth the time spent as there was nothing to do there with 2.5 hours to kill. Unfortunately the weather was against us so we didnt get to see any views. Martine our guide was very helpful and informative.

Buahh... tremendous!! We were called to tell us that the excursion did not reach the minimum of Spanish and therefore would only speak in English and French but we decided to go and there was the guide, francisco I think I remember it was called and what a success to decide to go because he explained everything perfectly, charm is called the excursion and charm was also the guide... IMPRESSIVE. Recommended 100x100

We really enjoyed this trip and thought it was excellent value for money. Everyone was so friendly and pleasantly surprised by quality of food served. At our collection point there were many buses stopping shouting out names (of one or two people) before quickly departing which made us a little anxious but in the end we got on the right bus which was well air conditioned. Highly recommended

Went to a few places Lagomar and Mirador del Rio, but the main place on the tour was the visit across on the ferry to La Graciosa. Sadly, the sea was quite choppy on the way out and I was regretting going on the trip. Once we reached La Graciosa, we got off one ferry and immediately got on another boat where our lunch of a sea food paella was served to us (pasta was available for those who didn’t eat fish). The paella was quite tasty. We then fed the fish and the main part of the trip to this island then began, albeit it was very windy. With our tour guide explaining the history of the island, after showing us a couple of places we finished in the charming sea faring church. We then had some free time to explore near where we got off the ferry and to have a coffee or snack etc.
