Of vice versa : U kunt kiezen voor pick-up van uw hotel in Hoi An naar Da Nang Airport, treinstation, of een hotel in het centrum van Da Nang. => Ziet u uw hotel niet in de pick-up/drop-off lijst, geen zorgen. Selecteer een adres in het stadscentrum en noteer uw exacte hoteladres in het veld Opmerkingen / Speciale Verzoeken. Onze chauffeur gebruikt het adres dat in uw nota staat. =>Neem gerust contact met ons op via WhatsApp voor verdere details. We reserved the night before and they confirmed early in the morning, the driver was punctual and the car was fine for 2 people, just as a recommendation, a stronger air conditioning would have been nice since it felt a bit warm, and relaxing music for the trip would have been even better, everything else was fine, thank you.
Communication is excellent. It felt reassuring that they are responding via Whatsapp within a short period. I had an error on the arrival time I initially submitted but they accommodated the correction without any complications. The driver was waiting at the exit with our name so he was easy to find, even though the arrival time was 30 mins delayed than scheduled. The ride was good and fast. There were some face mask left by other passengers (I think) when we got in but I don’t mind much. Overall very good.
Ready to collect us on time with my name on a sign. Communication was clear on Whatsapp with where to meet.
Driver met us outside Danang airport and drove us to our hotel. He made suggestions for restaurants and was very friendly. Car was clean and AC worked well. We will definitely use Go Travel Danang for other day trips while we are in Danang.

Great experience. Good communication with both the company and the driver. Easy to book and super convenient. The driver was engaging and very welcoming not to mention, driving safe. Highly recommend!
The driver met us at Da Nang railway station in time with our names clearly marked on a board. Helped us with our cases to the car. Very nice comfortable SUV car with plenty of space for our luggage and seats. Very nice smooth drive to our hotel in Hoi An. Would highly recommend. Many thanks
