Hotel ophalen in Cusco Begin uw dag met een vroege pick-up van uw hotel in het centrum van Cusco door Palcoyo Tours. Ontmoet je Gids en medereizigers terwijl je aan boord stapt van een comfortabel toeristenvoertuig.
Rijden naar Cusipata Reis door schilderachtige Andes landschappen richting de stad Cusipata. Onderweg geniet u van uitzicht op terrasvormige landbouwgronden, kuddes lama's en alpaca's en traditionele dorpen die net wakker worden.
Ontbijt in Cusipata Aankomst in Cusipata en genieten van een stevig lokaal ontbijt om bij te tanken voor de trektocht van de dag. Dit is ook een goed moment om te acclimatiseren en je voor te bereiden op de grotere hoogtes. Rijden naar Phullawasipata Trailhead : Verder met de auto naar Phullawasipata, het startpunt van de wandeling, gelegen op 4.600 meter boven zeeniveau. Wandeling naar Rainbow Mountain Begin de trek naar Vinicunca (Regenboogberg). De wandeling is ongeveer 7 kilometer heen en terug en brengt je van 4.600 meter naar een adembenemende 5.100 meter. Onderweg passeer je hoge Andeslandschappen met uitzicht op besneeuwde toppen, kleurrijke heuvels en wilde dieren. Optionele paardenverhuur is beschikbaar voor degenen die liever niet de hele weg wandelen. Aankomst bij Rainbow Mountain Summit Bereik de top en geniet van een spectaculair panoramisch uitzicht op de iconische gestreepte berg en de omliggende toppen. Neem foto's, rust uit en geniet van de ervaring op grote hoogte.
Afdaling en terugkeer naar Phullawasipata : Begin je afdaling langs hetzelfde pad, en ga terug naar de trailhead waar je transport zal wachten. Lunch in Cusipata : Keer terug naar Cusipata en geniet van een lunchbuffet met een verscheidenheid aan traditionele Peruaanse gerechten, waaronder vegetarische opties.
Rij terug naar Cusco : Ontspan en geniet van de schilderachtige rit terug naar de stad. Aangekomen in Cusco en afgezet bij uw hotel of een centrale locatie, sluit u uw onvergetelijke dagtocht af.

I want to be honest, I'm not a hikker person but I wanted to visit such a beautiful place, and the people of this tour was full of good energy, they are young and also have experience when the trekking turns difficult (Andean is so high). I'm grateful with them, I will return and chose them.

Trekking in Palcoyo was the best decision of my trip to Peru. Unlike other routes, here you see three different mountains with colored stripes. The agency included blankets in the mobility for the morning chill and the buffet lunch at the end was first level.

Taking the day tour to Vinicunca was a simply spectacular experience. From the beginning everything was very well organized, which allowed to enjoy the trip with tranquility and confidence at all times. The hike is demanding for the height, but it is very well done if you move at an adequate pace. During the tour I always felt accompanied and well guided, with clear explanations and friendly treatment that made the experience much more pleasant.
