Dagtrip naar Gibraltar vanuit Sevilla + Rotsentour

We traveled in a very comfortable bus accompanied by Maria, an exceptional guide!!! Upon arriving in Gibraltar, we took a tour of the city center before heading to the caves (still by bus). I recommend Naturanda because they are organized and attentive to the needs of their clients

An experience that did not meet expectations, because if I pay for a guided tour, the guide cannot limit themselves to not providing any information, not telling the history of the place being visited, not offering advice on which places to explore, and ultimately, not fulfilling their role as a guide. The experience we had was as if we had only paid for transportation: upon arriving in Gibraltar, we were left by the bus shortly after passing through border controls, even though we had been told that a van would take us to the city center. Afterward, we met again at the agreed time for the return.

Had an amazing time in Gibraltar. The monkeys were so cool to see!!! Our guide Martina was brilliant and very informative. Would highly recommend this tour!!

Great guide for the tour, Pia was excellent. She knew the whole route and the city very well, and was able to answer all questions we had. The driver was good, made good time and we stopped for a restroom break both directions. Very enjoyable experience.

Great experience just not long enough in the town but beautiful you should go there is some walking but it’s not hard. You are in and out of buses.

Could have been better organized we left Seville 30 mins late we had one hour free time then 1.5hr island tour then 45mins free time, would have been better to have all the free time together no time for proper lunch or look around however guide was simpathic coach was good standard plenty of room and driver was good

Is a very nice experience. You literally get to see everything that you need to see. The only thing when booking you need to pay really attention because the package promoted make you think everything is included on the one price when it does not includes the main attraction. But Petra and the guide that drove the bus in Gibraltar were the best!

The trip was an absolute shambles from start to finish. On arriving at the pick up point in Seville at 8:45 we were told that we hadn’t booked the guided tour of the rock which was our only reason for going. I asked if I should book tickets privately on my phone but was told to wait as NATURANDA would try to add us to their group booking. We set off late to Gibraltar and didn’t arrive into the square until after 1 o clock. Having asked the tour guide on numerous occasions during the journey about our status, we were finally told that we couldn’t go on the trip and should have a wander round for a couple of hours before meeting the main group after their tour at 3:30. We asked if we could access the rock privately but were told all tickets for the day were sold. We later found out that this was not true as another member of the group did this and managed to see the monkeys and other sights. At 3:30 we were told to go away for another 45 minutes. The tour group finally returned at about 4:45 which meant we set off late back to Seville. An accident meant we finally arrived back in Seville just after 10. A 13 hour trip costing 158 Euros during which we only saw Gibraltar’s Main Street, square and harbour. The tour guide Anafer was totally disorganised, spoke poor English, knew hardly anything about the trip and kept losing members of the group.

We spent so much time at pick up spots that we didn’t even start driving to Gibraltar until 10:15, instead of 9am. We didn’t arrive in Gibraltor until 1:00. We were given only 30 minutes to eat lunch and we had no time after the rock tour to explore. Time management by the guide was horrible. The tour guide once in Gibraltar was excellent. We had no free time and we arrived back at 8:30pm.

We really looked forward to this trip. However it wasn’t the best experience for the following reasons: 1. The meeting point and timing was not clear. 2. The trip started 2 hours late so we lost time at Gibraltar. 3. Our guide Carlos did not provide a good service. He was hard to understand. Also did not provide any information of the trip or the stops along the way. Also at Gibraltar he did not come to the meeting point so the local guide had to take us to the border.
