Dit ontzagwekkende statige huis, de huidige privéresidentie van de 11e hertog en hertogin van Marlborough, is misschien wel het best bekend als de geboorteplaats van Sir Winston Churchill. Bewonder de verbluffende details achter de portretten, wandtapijten en meubels in de weelderig gedecoreerde State Rooms, waaronder sierlijke meubels van Boulle, Savonniere-tapijt en de iconische 'Victories'-serie wandtapijten ter ere van de overwinning van de hertog op de Franse legers van 'De Zonnekoning', Lodewijk XIV, in de Slag bij Blenheim. London Victoria treinstation Uw tour eindigt buiten London Victoria treinstation, centraal gelegen en gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de nationale trein en metro, het wordt bediend door de Victoria, District en Circle Lines en ligt in Travel Zone 1.

Simon was a fun and entertaining guide. Calvin did a great job driving.
We had the best time on this tour. Simon was an awesome tour guide. You can tell he loves the Cotswold and Blenheim tour by his enthusiasm. My uncle and I enjoyed the villages and the palace. A great day trip from London.
It's a long day but totally worth it. Three activities were all a good experience. Unfortunately there was no actual lunch stop and food available at cafes at Blenheim Palace were not special.

We had the best time exploring the Blenheim Palace gardens in the morning and enjoyed a quick stop in Bampton. Then we spent the afternoon in Stow on Wold in which was the most charming village. We shopped in the antique and book stores and enjoyed classic fish and chips for lunch. The bus ride included AC and wifi and our guide Simon gave a brief history of each place that included witty British humor. It was a very enjoyable day!

Admission fee is reasonable. The tour was about 10 hours long, which is perfect for the trip with few stops. That was more than enough time to enjoy every place we stopped by. Also, the tour Guide Simon and the Driver were amazing and very helpful and organised, perfect balance between guided tour and free time to see the landmarks and go shopping.
