Bij aankomst in Taesch wordt u aan boord van een elektrisch voertuig naar het charmante dorpje Zermatt vervoerd, waar een adembenemende schoonheidservaring op u wacht. Bewonder het iconische silhouet van de Matterhorn dat het landschap domineert.
Gelegen op 1620 meter boven de zeespiegel, betovert het pittoreske dorpje Zermatt met de nabijheid van 38 toppen van vierduizend meter en 14 gletsjers, wat een constante fascinatie voor zijn bezoekers biedt.
Op 3883 meter boven zeeniveau biedt het Matterhorn Glacier Paradise een unieke zintuiglijke ervaring: adembenemende uitzichten, zuivere berglucht en gletsjers wachten op u. Neem de hoogste kabelbaan ter wereld om toegang te krijgen tot het Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, waar een spectaculair observatieplatform, een uniek Glacier Palace en een bioscooplounge op je wachten. De reis begint in het comfort van een gondel met 8 zitplaatsen van de Matterhorn Express en doorkruist gevarieerde landschappen, van weelderige groene weiden tot indrukwekkende morenen gevormd door gletsjers. Eenmaal bovenaan bewonder je het panoramische uitzicht op 38 majestueuze Alpentoppen uit de Franse, Italiaanse en Zwitserse Alpen
Verken de smalle straatjes van Zermatt, waar traditionele houten en stenen huizen het eeuwenoude verhaal van het dorp vertellen. Het oude gedeelte van Zermatt, inclusief de Hinterdorfstrasse, is een schat aan architectonische juweeltjes, met meer dan 30 gebouwen die de klassieke stijl van de vroege Walser-kolonisten laten zien en het leven van boeren uit het verleden weerspiegelen. Verken de smalle straatjes in je vrije tijd en bewonder de traditionele huizen gebouwd met veel hout en steen. Het oude gedeelte van het dorp Zermatt ligt aan de Hinterdorfstrasse en is een ware schatkamer aan historische gebouwen. Absolutely breathtaking to and our guide Thomas looked after us very well. The other folks in the trio were very welcoming. One detail- in the trip description it was not clear that the gondola rides were extra.

This was the most spectacular experience. The ride through the 3 hour ride to the Matterhorn was beautiful to see the county side towns in the Alps. The Matterhorn experience was amazing. The tour was well organized and our guide David was great pointing out points interest. Seeing the Alps and the Matterhorn is definitely an experience.

Wonderful guide who went out of his way to make us comfortable and safe. Tour company should be more precise about meeting place. Directions were vague and added stress to the beginning of the trip. The exit of metro Lausanne Vennes is right next to a hotel. Mentioning this detail would certainly help.

Disappointing because we could only on a Sunday day and we were told that they did not make that trip on a Sunday, so we missed making that trip
