Bezoek Washington, DC van Time Square NYC op een dagtocht, waar we enkele van de meest emblematische gedenktekens en monumenten van het District of Columbia zullen bezoeken. Te beginnen bij de Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia, het Witte Huis, het Lincoln Memorial, het Capitool, het FBI-gebouw en het Nationaal Archief onder andere. Met voldoende vrije tijd om te genieten van het National Air and Space Museum. Met een begeleide bustour kunt u gewoon achterover leunen, ontspannen en genieten van de rit.

Bezoek enkele van de belangrijkste graven op de nationale begraafplaats van Arlington. Het is de perfecte manier om in een paar minuten een uitgebreid overzicht van de opmerkelijke site te krijgen. Verplicht om de Nationale begraafplaats te betreden. ALLE REIZIGERS MOETEN EEN PASPOORT BRENGEN. (ALLE ONS) INWONERS MOETEN STAAT-ID OF RIJBEWIJS BRENGEN.
De lange, met gras begroeide National Mall herbergt iconische monumenten, waaronder het Lincoln Memorial en het Washington Monument. Aan de oostkant is de koepel van de V.S. Capitol, en het Witte Huis ligt in het noorden. Het wordt ook geflankeerd door Smithsonian-musea, en de grasvelden en paden zijn vaak vol met schoolgroepen, joggers en softbalteams. Het nabijgelegen Tidal Basin-reservoir staat bekend om zijn bloeiende kersenbomen. Je hebt wat tijd op je gewonnen om te lunchen.
Zes soldaten met de vlag van de Verenigde Staten gewijd aan het Korps Mariniers dat sinds 1775 is gesneuveld. Gebaseerd op de foto genomen door Joe Rosenthal tijdens de Slag om Iwo Jima.
Monument in de vorm van een Griekse tempel gewijd aan de 16e president van de Verenigde Staten.
Zwart granieten muur waar de namen zijn gegraveerd van de soldaten die zijn omgekomen in de oorlog in Vietnam.
19 roestvrijstalen standbeelden die een patrouilleploeg in de Koreaanse oorlog voorstellen en een 50 meter lange gepolijste granieten muur met de gegraveerde gezichten van soldaten en personeel die aan de oorlog deelnamen.
We komen zo dichtbij mogelijk om foto's te maken met de residentie van de president van de Verenigde Staten.
We zullen zo dicht mogelijk bij het hoofdkwartier van het congres van de Verenigde Staten komen om foto's te maken.
We zullen de hoofdstraat van Washington bezoeken en waar de aantredende president zijn rondreis maakt na het afleggen van zijn eed. We zullen ook zeer belangrijke gebouwen vinden, zoals de FBI, het Ministerie van Handel, het Nationaal Archief, de Canadese Ambassade en meer.

The team was very professional and friendly. We had a Awesome Tour of DC. Will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
Great time management. Covers all imp Washington DC tourist attractions. But not suitable if you are looking forward to spend leisurely time at each attraction.
We had a wonderful day overall, and the destination was beautiful. Unfortunately, the experience was significantly affected by the bus ride. The air conditioning was set to around 60°F, and we spent more than four hours in an uncomfortably cold bus. We informed the driver several times, but nothing changed. During the last part of the trip, the music was also extremely loud, which made the journey even less enjoyable. It is disappointing because what could have been a perfect day was spoiled by these issues. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not choose to travel with this company again.
Great trip. Got to see a lot of Washington DC and other areas. Our driver got us everywhere we needed to go even in heavy traffic. Not recommended for people with walking disabilities. There is a lot of walking and the guides power walk through it so it's almost impossible to keep up and they don't wait for you.
A really worthwhile trip. Don't be put off by the 4 hour trips, coach is comfy with a midway stop for food etc. David the guide and Elvis the driver put on a superb day, knowledgeable and funny. DC is an amazing day out wwith lots to see and free time for the museums. Do it , you wont be disappointed
The entire trip was very well coordinated. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The driver was efficient in finding the right parking spots in the busy cities and brought us back to NY right as indicated. Will recommend it for anyone looking to do a quick tour of the main attractions of DC.
We had a brilliant time in Washington and really enjoyed the whole day. Our main guide for the day, Andy, was professional and upbeat. A long day for him to keep everyone together and engaged but he did a great job! Jose then joined the group as our guide once we arrived in Washington; he was very knowledgable and had fantastic energy while taking us round all the key attractions. Also, special mention to Jesus, our driver; the driving was smooth and we felt safe all day. While you start the day early (5:30am) and get back late (21:30) it is well worth it and very well organised. You stop on the way there and back for a break after driving for a couple of hours. We saw everything on the itinerary and it didn’t actually feel rushed throughout the day despite all the things you get to see. Bring lunch to get more time to explore one of the museums. We went to the air and space museum and had 1.5hr there to explore. The tickets to this museum were free but register on their website to have the QR code ready for when you get there. Thank you to the full team for an unforgettable day!
Highly recommended, the guides and the driver are very good,
Our tour guides were 2 females, I don’t remember their names. I have booked many Viatour excursions and this was the worst one I have ever done. The tour guides seemed very disinterested in being there. There were so many opportunities to speak and give lots of history and information and there was nothing. Silence through all the states. The girls chatted with eachother but did not give any information. When the bus stopped and we got off, the girls split into 2 groups, and the English tour guide sounded like she read her information off a piece of paper and had no idea what she was actually talking about. Same thing at every stop. Same thing on the trip back. I would’ve loved to hear about the locations we were passing on the 4 hour drive.
Can’t recommend enough! Visited 6 states.long day but worth it. Memories will last a lifetime fe time.
