Is mogelijk om tweetalig te zijn in het Spaans en Engels op de Engelse tour tijdens de seizoenen. Deze groepsrondleiding geeft de mogelijkheid om beide charmantste middeleeuwse steden van België in één dag te zien. Ze zijn door UNESCO uitgeroepen tot Werelderfgoed. Je ziet letterlijk “alle” hoogtepunten van Brugge en Gent in deze tour. Ontdek de rijke geschiedenis : U kunt de prachtige historische bezienswaardigheden in Gent verkennen, zoals het Gravensteenkasteel en de Sint-Baafskathedraal, die de rijke geschiedenis van de stad weerspiegelen. Ervaar de Belgische keuken : U krijgt de mogelijkheid om traditionele Belgische gerechten zoals wafels en de beroemde chocolade te proeven als u dat wenst. Slenterend door Gent ontdekt u de Sint-Baafskathedraal, het Stadhuis, het typische Belfort en de Sint-Niklaaskerk, maar ook de middeleeuwse haven waar studenten, toeristen en locals samenkomen. We laten u het machtige fort zien dat de voormalige residentie was van de graven van Vlaanderen.
Na de lunch in Brugge starten we met een fotostop aan de oevers van het romantische Minnewater en bezoeken we het pittoreske Begijnhof. Je gids legt de geschiedenis van de stad uit, vanaf de Vikingtijd tot de ondergang aan het einde van de Middeleeuwen. Je ziet letterlijk “alle” hoogtepunten van Brugge: de Heilig Bloedbasiliek, de Klokkentoren, de Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk, het Sint-Janshospitaal, etc. Je hebt zelfs de mogelijkheid om een gezellig boottochtje te maken op de smalle grachten.

Perfect amount of time in both cities. Tour guides were great. Made it super easy to see both Bruge and Ghent in one day.

Outstanding experience!! Itinerary as posted waa accurate, and out tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly! My favorite was Brugge and the availability of chocolates was out of this world! Ended the trip with an optional boat ride around the canals in Brugge (+15 € in cash needed). Highly recommend!!

Excellent tour and Excellent guides. The description was vague, but it worked out well. Arrived in Ghent and then had a one hour walking tour that started at St Bravo and ended there. Audio head sets were great. It was tight but we did have enough time to get a ticket to the Alter Piece. It would be best to get an advance ticket but hard to schedule. We were in front of Alter Piece at 11:39am. If there is a long line for tickets you may not make it in time. Brugge was good, a pretty good walk from bus to city center. We had plenty of free time and went to see Madonna and Child. We did not do the boat ride but plenty of time to eat. Brugge was very crowded with tourist. I would recommend a little more time in Ghent and a little less in Brugge.

The guide had to speak in French and English. She prioritized English because they were more numerous ☹️. Also the bus driver arrived late both times. But Bruges is beautiful and must be visited

Laura and Helga did a great job. I appreciated Laura's recommendation to try the red (cherry) beer in Ghent. The optional boat canal cruise in Bruges was lovely. We thought the pacing was good. It was time and money well spent.

My tour said English on the voucher. I was put on a bus and tour with a bilingual guide who talked English and Spanish. It was quite annoying listening to a language I didn’t know all day. I got such a headache from this Bruge and gent is beautiful though

It was an interesting day . The history of Ghent and Brugge was explain by our guide Julianne. It was very busy the day we were there. It was a large bus tour which I am usually not in favor of, but given the distance cover was efficient. He only suggestion I would have is to provide more practical info toilettes, directions etc you truly want to experience Brugge.
