We geven vooraf contact met u op via e-mail of telefoon met betrekking tot voorkeuren en interesses van wijn en vervolgens een ervaring voor u op basis daarvan. Als u besluit om het aan onze expertise over te laten, nemen wij u mee van de gebaande paden naar onze favoriete verborgen pareltjes die we in de loop der jaren hebben ontdekt en laten u kennis maken met geweldige voorbeelden van Zuid-Afrikaanse wijnen. We kunnen paren zoals Chocolade / Wijnkoppeling combineren: Kaas / wijn combinaties: Champagne / Nougat Paringen. De mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos !
We beginnen de dag bij Oldenburg Vineyards, misschien wel een van de meest schilderachtige wijngaarden in Zuid-Afrika met prachtige vergezichten over de wijngaarden en omgeven door een amfitheater van bergen. De wijnen zijn hier fantastisch en een geweldige selectie voor ieders smaak. Ze serveren ook gemene koffie voor degenen die een kickstart van de dag nodig hebben!
Een van Zuid-Afrika's Premier Wine Estates vernoemd naar de Canon die op de bergtop stond en eeuwen geleden de aankomst van schepen in de haven van Kaapstad aangaf Focus op rode wijn, inclusief Zuid-Afrika's eigen variëteit ( Pinotage) Kanonkop was de eerste Estate in Zuid-Afrika die een perfecte score van 100 punten ontving voor hun 2015 Paul Sauer Bordeaux Blend
De beste combinatie van kaas en wijn die je ooit zult ervaren! Een Masterclass! Proeven wordt buiten gedaan naast een meer en is inclusief champagne.
We stoppen voor de lunch bij hun zuster Estate Gaurdian Peak met geweldige visa over het wijnland. Aan alle smaakpapillen wordt gedacht inclusief Vegan/Vegetarisch (voor eigen rekening)
Onze laatste stop van de dag is naar de historische wijngaard die bekend staat als Meerlust, 8e generatie in de Mybergh-familie. Doordrenkt van geschiedenis met Kaap-Hollandse architectuur, doen we een proeverij in hun oude vatenkamer. Beroemd om hun bekroonde wijnen over de hele wereld Meerlust was het eerste landgoed dat in 1980 een Bordeaux-blend in Zuid-Afrika produceerde
Wij verzamelen bij alle accommodatie bedrijven in Kaapstad,Stellenbosch en Franschhoek. WE VERZAMELEN NIET UIT MILNERTON OF BLOUBERG GEBIEDEN

Our Tour Guide Pamela took us to 3 very nice vineyards for tastings plus a fourth one for a fabulous lunch. Pamela was a fantastic tour guide. I highly recommend her!

Had a fantastic day with Willem! Custom tour set up for us that was wonderful. We appreciated that it was door to door pickup and drop-off. He was very informative and was able to answer our questions about the area, history of Cape Town and surrounding towns, as well as the wine farms. Perfect way to spend the day and enjoy some great wine and food tastings. Lunch at Tokara was a delight. We enjoyed an olive oil/food pairing prior to our lunch. Would highly recommend!

Our guide Pamela was very knowledgeable about the wines we were tasting and the region. The three wineries chosen were outstanding. The first one Muratie was my favorite because it had an interesting history. The cheese pairing at the next winery Lavenir was delightful. The lunch stop at Guardian Peak had gorgeous view and yummy food. The final stop Waterford Estate had a chocolate pairing which I enjoyed. We bought chocolate to take home.

Tsiba Tsiba was great to work with all throughout the process. They were communicative and allowed for a really great custom tour. My friend and I enjoyed our tour immensely. Our guide, Pamela, was very knowledgeable about the wines, and provided us with some really great history and insight into South Africa’s history, and Cape Town specifically as well. She was so great, we wanted her to stay with us for the rest of our trip!

We enjoyed a custom private wine tour of the Stellenbosch area with Eileen. Eileen did an amazing job thoughtfully selecting vineyards that met the specific preferences that we outlined before the tour. She was a pleasure to spend the day with as she's personable/friendly and has an absolute wealth of knowledge about wine and the region. Eileen is clearly a skilled guide as she took the extra effort to clearly communicate and clarify expectations, next steps, and her expert suggestions throughout the entire day. She also took the extra step of adding an olive oil tasting to help the non-drinker in the group feel that much more included. It felt like we had a friend taking us around to her favorite wineries, which was such a treat. She has clearly built strong relationships at each winery and the hospitality, generosity, and warmth extended to us. This tour is well worth it to enjoy a top-notch experience of an excellent wine region.

The private wine tour for 2 people was an absolutely fantastic day. Willem was a spectacular guide who was very knowledgable and incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this tour for a day out of Cape Town to see the unbelievably beautiful wine country!
