Geniet van de oude Inca hoofdstad van Cusco.Deze Tour is een halve dag inclusief een bezoek aan de Tempel van Sun Koricancha nabijgelegen ruïnes rond deze stad zoals ons Het fort van Sacsayhuaman, Qenko, Puca Pucara en tot slot bezoeken we Tambomachay.

Binnenin zie je kleinere tempels gewijd aan de zon, maan, sterren, met behoud van de originele stenen fundamenten. Buiten zijn er tuinen en fonteinen op het terrein van de tempel van de zon.
Hier ziet u de enorme gebeeldhouwde rotsen waar het fijn zagen en zetten van de blokken ter plaatse zo precies was. Het bestaat uit drie overlappende platforms die uitkijken over de stad Cusco samen met het prachtige landschap gevormd door de omliggende bergen.
Dit complex was een Inca ceremonieel cultuscentrum en is uit de rots gehouwen. Boven op de rots zijn zigzagkanalen en binnen zijn er kleine trapeziumvormige nissen.
Je hebt een panoramisch uitzicht op deze archeologische vindplaats die werd gebruikt als een militair controlecentrum van Incas. Dit is een rood fort als gevolg van de enorme hoeveelheden ijzer in de rotsen.
Je ziet aquaducten en waterfonteinen uit nabijgelegen bronnen komen. Deze site was een centrum van aanbidding en aanbidding van water.

We had a tour with Fredy, it was excellent from start to finish. He was a very knowledgeable and friendly guide, very patient and willing to help with any needs visitors may have. We will definitely recommend him to our friends.
We took a tour of the city at noon, but rather than exploring Cusco we went to the outskirts of the city, which was not what we wanted, although the route taken was somewhat interesting.
Fredy bring us all the information about the city and the history about everything, he is nice and have a nice sense of humor, always trying to understand my very bad inglish, and helping me buying things, also was negotiating discounts for me when i was buying clothes and travel souvenirs. 10/10 service and a nice person. Quite an unique tour. It was nice to be guided by Fredy a local from the region with an extensive knowledge and understanding and fluency in English. The tour covered some sites in and off the city of Cusco and provided a good information about the people and history. I can totally recommend this while you are acclimatising in Cusco.
A very good introduction to Cusco and its history. The guide explained a lot and made it feel like we were watching a movie. We learnt a lot on this trip which we found to be very useful on the following days of our stay and trip in and around Cusco.

We highly recommend this tour and specially with Minka Peru. This was the best thing we did as we reached Cusco. It was ver informative, a great introduction to Cusco and Incan culture. This tour helped us a lot on the following days as we travelled around Cusco and spotting different sights where the Incas ruled once. Fredy is a great guide a man with a vast knowledge about the history.
