Gebouwd in de late 19e eeuw, Bahia Palace is een meesterwerk van Marokkaanse architectuur. Terwijl u de rustige binnenplaatsen, gedetailleerd zellig tegelwerk, plafonds van gesneden cederhout en weelderige tuinen verkent, deelt uw Gids verhalen over de grootvizier die het heeft gebouwd en de koninklijke levensstijl van die periode. Na een bezoek aan het paleis gaat u verder door de kronkelende straatjes van de medina richting de historische Ben Youssef Madrasa.
De tour gaat verder in de levendige souks van Marrakech, waar u verschillende secties van de traditionele markten zult ontdekken, waaronder : Souk Semmarine (textiel en traditionele kleding) Souk Haddadine (smeden en metaalbewerking) Kruiden- en parfummarkten Terwijl u door deze kleurrijke steegjes loopt, leert u over lokaal vakmanschap, traditionele handelspraktijken en het dagelijks leven van ambachtslieden. Deze voormalige Koranschool, die dateert uit de 14e eeuw (herbouwd in de 16e eeuw), is een van de mooiste voorbeelden van islamitische architectuur in Marokko. Magnificent guided tour that allowed us to discover the jewels of the city from another angle. Bahia Palace is an architectural marvel and the Médersa is breathtaking.
