Deze tour biedt het gemak van ophalen vanuit San Jose met vertrek tussen 8 en 10 uur, afhankelijk van uw locatie. Vervoer is exclusief voorzien voor de transfer tour optie. Ophaaltijd wordt verzonden zodra uw reservering is bevestigd. Bezoekers die worden opgehaald bij het resort moeten de volledige naam van het resort opgeven.

The tour guide was great! The zip line was super fun and we were able to see parrots and a sloth in the wild! The only issue is that we didn’t have enough time to do everything before the bus left. The aerial tram took a really long time. We needed another hour there.

No one ever arrived to pick us up. We asked multiple staff at the cruise terminal, and checked both inside & outdoors, but we didn’t see anyone holding a sign with our name. And when we tried calling the local telephone number that was provided (via WhatsApp), the calls went unanswered. Would not recommend.

After receiving your booking, we sent you multiple emails to inform you that the minimum guest requirement for the cruise port pickup was not met, which regrettably led to its cancellation. We also offered alternative tours and later provided the option for direct park arrival. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to these communications. As a no-show, refunds are typically not possible. However, as a gesture of goodwill and to ensure your satisfaction, we processed a refund for you despite the circumstances. We’d also like to clarify that the contact number we shared was for regular calls, not WhatsApp, which may explain any communication difficulties. Great tour, the zip line was fun and going through the forest on the tram was a great experience. Pablo gave us great information about the place. I'd left my camera lens cover in the car which they quickly left it in the reception of where I stayed.

This was a great experience and would definitely recommend! The views from the zip lines were beautiful and the guides were very friendly and focused on safety. The aerial tram was scheduled after our zip lining, so it was a great opportunity to relax afterwards. We saw some monkeys, toucans, and other birds during our aerial tram tour. Included lunch was delicious. Just be aware that this is a full day trip, despite the Viator description saying it is from 8am to 1pm, we didn’t get back until closer to 5:30pm
