Als je aan het einde van je rondreis nog even wilt blijven om te genieten van de strandclub die we voor je hebben, een uitstekende plek met alle voorzieningen, dan betaal je alleen voor het eten en drinken, als je besluit terug te keren naar de haven is er gemakkelijk openbaar vervoer

How do I contact the owner about my experience? I definitely don’t think I was on the same tour according to these reviews. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely horrible.

It was truly an incredible experience—the reef, the turtles, the colorful fish! After snorkeling, they took us to a beach club that had every amenity—sun loungers, Wi-Fi, umbrellas—and was free of sargassum. The food was excellent and reasonably priced; I highly recommend the mango margarita!

We visited from a cruise ship, we are a family of Mexicans, who were doing this activity for the first time, the children were delighted, for being their first time, highly recommended with experience in the activity

The reef was non-existent, lots of grass and silt and a few fish. The guides were okay. The associated restaurant/beach club was decent but the prices were high and a bad value and there was significant pressure to tip.

Daniel was our guide in the water and Javier our captain. Both were incredible. Daniel was amazing and so patient with us. The waves were a bit rough that day and he was super considerate to our needs. We were able to see fish, a sting ray and the icing on the cake the sea turtle! Thank you for a wonderful time!

It was a fairly long walk to the meeting point, then a $5 ride to boat and another $5 ride back. Guide was ok, nothing spectacular. Was offered warm water to drink. Saw 2 turtles so that was a plus. Worth the $30 for sure! !

We had a great experience. I am trying to get in contact with u to see if we can get the pictures that were taken while snorkeling. We went on July 1, 2026. The booking was under Matthew Bailey (3 people). They said they would be emailed to us within 24-48 hours. We have not received them. Maybe there was a mistake with the email address? I would rate the excursion a 4-5 but did not see sting rays or turtles. 1 star for the beach club they take you too that is free only if you buy food or drinks. $5 for water, $20 margaritas and 20% tax and huge service fee. Total rip off and a dump of a beach club. Never again!!!

Staff was friendly and on time. Snorkeling was subpar compared to a lot of places we have been. We did not see turtles and only a couple people in our group saw sting rays. The beach they take you to after is lovely. Our kids had fun in the sand and we relaxed in chairs at no extra cost. Much better than staying in the crowded port!
Thanks for your visit to Costa Maya. It's normal; sometimes the turtles aren't there because they are in their natural habitat, and they move around constantly.
