Begin met een begeleide distilleerderijtour voordat u de basisprincipes van Mixology leert en op maat gemaakte cocktails maakt om van te genieten in onze eclectische Drink Studio. Ontdek de geschiedenis van cocktails en de techniek van het creëren van een perfect uitgebalanceerde cocktail in een leuke, boeiende omgeving in een prachtige boetiekruimte. Leer schud- en roertechnieken en creëer twee cocktails op maat met sterke dranken die in onze distilleerderij zijn vervaardigd onder begeleiding en ondersteuning van onze hoofdmixoloog. Ervaring alleen beschikbaar via boekingen en niet beschikbaar voor walk-ins. We had a great time. I booked this as something fun to do with my daughter. It was a wonderful experience and our hosts, Bhagya and Ben, were very kind, welcoming, and made sure everyone had a great time. Highly recommend this class and would definitely come back again!

Great Time, Fun environment great host. Best Gin I have ever had. Made Ryan Reynolds Aviation laughable LOL But truly the drinks were very good and the whole experience was so much fun. My wife and I truly enjoyed the whole experience. We bought some on the way home at the duty free at the airport. I hope they are able to get into more airports and other places :)

I am just home after a night in Cork Cty with my two sisters and the highlight had to be our experience in The Rebel Distillery. The combo experience of the cocktail masterclass and tour is a must if you are visting the city. We were greeted with the most beautiful warm smile from Bhagia on arrival and she made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed making cocktails under the watchful eye of Bhagia and enjoyed drinking them even more! She allowed us to try small tasters of all the distillery has to offer including their very unique absinthe. The drinks were generous, the craic was great and the venue was very cool and trendy. There was no mistaking Bhagis's indian influence in the business. Gin is my drink and the Maharani Gin from this distillery is in my top 3 favourites now.

The atmosphere was fantastic, and it was fascinating to see the distillery and the setup they have in place. The cocktails were all delicious and unique—definitely not your typical gin. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into the different spices they use to create their blends. The highlight of the experience for both my wife and me was Bhagya. She’s such a lovely person and incredibly passionate about what she does, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We had a great time and shared plenty of laughs. I would 1000% recommend this experience to anyone visiting Cork!

It is a lot of fun!! We were traveling from the US - the other participants in our group were locals- who gave us so many great places to go!! The proprietors are adorable and the gin was quite tasty! Learned a lot about spirits and laughed along the way!!
