We had an amazing experience with Colocal Cooking Class and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An! The day started with a fascinating market tour where we learnt about the local produce and Vietnamese ingredients. We then did the coconut basket boat experience, which was absolutely hilarious and so much fun—it was definitely one of the highlights of the day! Remember to bring some extra dong to tip your boat driver! The cooking class itself was fantastic. We made a delicious four-course meal, and the instructors were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy to follow. The food was incredible, and it was great to learn authentic recipes that we can recreate at home. Being able to keep all of the recipes afterwards was such a nice bonus. Overall, it was the perfect mix of culture, fun, and amazing food. We left with full stomachs, new cooking skills, and wonderful memories. I would 100% recommend this experience!
Had the best time at Cocolocal Farms!! Ni was our guide/head chef and she was amazing. Started with a market tour, followed by a ride in the basket boats, and finished with cooking 4 different Vietnamese dishes. All were delicious and we had so much fun in the process. Definitely recommend!

This cooking class was a 10/10 experience!! Ni our guide was amazing. She has the best energy. I did this on my birthday and it was such a nice way to spend it. The food was the best food I’ve had yet in Vietnam!
