City Cruises Chicago : Premier Brunchcruise langs het Michiganmeer

Yesterday’s boat ride was everything I expected and more! The food was delicious, the staff was wonderful, and I absolutely loved the brunch buffet. We have been on boat cruises before, but this one was truly a day to remember. The weather was perfect, the atmosphere was beautiful, and celebrating our anniversary made the experience even more special. ❤️🛥️🥂

Amazing cruise experience and great service! Our waitress Lauren was incredible, she even went to the top section to bring out mimosas and they were delicious! There was an emergency on the boat but the crew made up for the time and the experience was great! Definitely recommend it!

I booked this cruise for my best friend’s 28th birthday. We had such a great time. Noh and Bri were our servers. They made our visit extra special!! Thank you

The parking takes awhile to get in the lot and if your not careful you can end up on the wrong side which causes us to miss docking

The food was great and plentiful. Very nice ambience! Everyone had a great time! Guests should make sure they arrive in ample time to board the boat.

Went on board the Oddysey with mom and sisters for Mother’s Day. The best experience ever! The boarding was on time, peaceful and organized. They took amazing photos and we purchased because they were very nice and a fair price. Everyone on the staff was well mannered and friendly. We were shown to our table and blown away by the ambiance. The dance floor was beautiful. The food setup was magnificent. A few minutes after we were seated a magician came up and put on a personal show at our table. And he was respectful about our boundaries. The Dj was so awesome and wrote down any song requests we had. My mom asked the chef if they would serve any bacon besides pork. Chef Frank went over to the next boat right before we left the dock to get our table turkey bacon. And they put a whole platter of the special request on our table! The upstairs patio and the top deck were so beautiful. We got our face painted for free!! My mom kept gushing about what a wonderful time she was having. The drinks were strong. The food was good. And we got to see the most beautiful city skyline that exists. At boarding at the dock we were served cookies to take home. We all decided that we will be returning soon. The experience was once in a lifetime and exceeded our expectations exponentially. Much gratitude to the company and especially the staff and boat manager.

We had a great evening on City Cruises with a Mac McAnally and Scotty Emerick concert. The dinner buffet was very good, and the concert was great. The host at our table was not very attentive though. Other tables had their host always checking on them and getting them drinks etc. Other than that, it was a great evening and I highly recommend doing one of these shows.

My family, including my grown children and their children, were treated so kindly. We had sooo much fun, and the food was good too.

Unfortunately, we did not get to even experience the cruise. Even with GPS, the location was difficult to find which made us just a few minutes late. They had just barely closed the gate when we got there and would still not let us on. I tried contacting the cruise line directly for a refund (hoping that I could then re-schedule for a later date). Due to receiving a poor and callous response, refusing to offer any refund or to reschedule), I will not be returning to any excursion offered by this cruise line. I understand not being able to make an exception to allow us on the ship once the gate was closed (even though the ship had not even begun to pull away), however, due to the high price tag of this brunch cruise, I hoped for better understanding and customer service to allow to reschedule or refund. Especially considering that we were late because there were no clear directions provided regarding where the ship was docked at.

Music was great, food was amazing, the view was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best.
