A fun, spacious, relaxed tour with plenty of homemade wine. Mihail (I apologize in advance if I am misspelling your name) is very fun, calm, deeply knowledgeable about the area, and open to answering many questions. Thank you very much for such a great tour!
Top tour, top guide, top experience Mihai is highly recommended; he knows his stuff incredibly well and is super friendly.
Terrific tour of the city and its history. Really fun trip with explanation of why and where. I need to enter a certain number of characters and this is why it's so long
An absolutely great tour of Chișinău. And thanks above all to Adrian! From the meeting point at Stephen the Great Monument we went straight through the city centre. Adrian really knows every corner and not only shares facts, but real stories that you would never hear otherwise. You immediately notice how much he loves his city. Especially cool; at almost every stop there was a little wine refreshment. Moldovan wine in the middle of the sights...it couldn’t get better. We've seen many highlights, including Triumphal Arch, Nativity Cathedral, Stefan cel Mare Central Park, as well as the city's major boulevards and hidden corners. The mix of history, culture and relaxed exploration was perfect. Not a dry tour, but rather a walk with a local who knows exactly where it will be interesting. Clearly for me: 5 out of 5 stars and a big thank you to Adrian for this special experience. Noroc!
I was honestly a little disappointed - the local wine was served from a water plastic bottle in plastic cups - I had imagined otherwise. The stop in the really nice wine bar served only the toilet stop. The tour guide was very nice though & the tour covered all the sights, it was entertaining but not anymore either.
Mihai was very easy to understand and patient with questions. It wasn't what I expected when I booked, I envisioned a more traditional restaurant to restaurant experience whereas this was truly walking around with wine. It was a unique experience for me and one I truly enjoyed. He mentioned offering the tour is newer and I hope he gains more traction as time passes. Definitely worth it.
Very nice tour in the city of Chisinau! Mihai is so nice and communicativ , knowing a lot of history but at the same time good recommandations about cafés, bars and restaurants ! The walk drinking some good homemade wines is great and I can recommand this to you to enjoy Chisinau!
I had a wonderful experience on this tour. Mihai was incredibly kind and knowledgeable — he shared a lot of interesting information about the history and present-day life of the city, and he answered all of my questions thoughtfully. The wine was amazing as well. On top of that, he gave me great recommendations for local places to eat. I would highly recommend this tour. Thank you, Mihai!
I had an amazing experience exploring Chisinau with Mihai as our walking tour guide! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond—kindly guiding me from the airport to the city center so I could start the tour stress-free. He even welcomed me with homemade wine and snacks, which was such a thoughtful and unique touch. Mihai was incredibly patient (even when I was running late!) and made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. Despite being young, he’s impressively knowledgeable about Moldova’s history. What really stood out was how he shared stories from his own childhood, giving a real sense of how Chisinau has evolved over time—it made everything much more engaging and relatable. He answered all our questions with care and gave fantastic local tips on money exchange, food, and drinks. Plus, he speaks multiple languages, which makes the tour even more accessible. I highly recommend this walking tour with Mihai—definitely a highlight of my time in Moldova!
Was an amazing experience, the host was great, the group was fun! One of the best experiences in this part of Europe.
