Dit is een stoeprand pick-up. Hier zijn de stap voor stap instructies :
STAP 1 - Controleer je telefoon
Bij de landing ontvangt u een sms met de informatie van de bestuurder en de auto
STAP 2 - Ga naar Bagageclaimruimte
Volg de borden naar de bagageband (LL), zelfs als u geen bagage heeft ingecheckt
STAP 3 - Neem contact op met uw chauffeur
Zodra u klaar bent om te gaan, bagage in de hand, zoek uitgang deur 2LL en neem direct contact op met uw chauffeur (bellen of sms)
STAP 4 - Wacht op de middelste rijstrook
Loop naar buiten, steek de 1e baan over en wacht op de middelste baan (limousinebaan). De chauffeur moet er binnen 5 minuten zijn.
BELANGRIJK - als u niet direct contact kunt opnemen met de chauffeur, bel dan ons kantoor. Wij zijn 24/7 geopend.
We volgen alle inkomende vluchten. Als de vlucht vertraagd is, zal de chauffeur op de luchthaven zijn op basis van de werkelijke aankomsttijd.
Als we tijdens de inbegrepen wachttijd NIET van u horen, wordt de reis een NO-SHOW en wordt de klant volledig in rekening gebracht. Bewijs van oproep/tekst/GPS logs beschikbaar. Extra wachtgeld moet door de chauffeur worden geïnd.
60 minuten gratis wachttijd voor alle airport pick-ups, daarna gelden wachtkosten.

Very efficient, pleasant ride to the airport from downtown Chicago
This trip from downtown to Chicago was really easy to book on line, letting me choose the type of car needed, and I thought the fee was very reasonable. Our driver showed up 5 minutes early and we were messaged that he was there. He was polite and helpful, a great driver, and let us off at our airline. The ride was very comfortable, and I trust if there was any change we needed, such as in temperature or music, it would have been done.
Overall a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely use them again.

Airport transfer - visiting family
We had a great experience with Echo. Our ride was prompt, courteous and made sure we had the correct address (residential area) before he drove away. It took the stress out of the drive from Midway to north side of Chicago to visit family. Same for our return trip. Our driver was on time and very pleasant. Both vehicles were comfortable and clean. I would definitely use again.

Great Echo experience
Due to the distance to our accommodation, we took the recommendation of a family member and used Echo Limousine. I'm officially spoiled! We had an excellent driver and a comfortable ride. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Midway Transport & Stretch Limo
I traveled from Seattle to Chicago to meet several friends from all over the US to attend the Styx concert at Tinley Park. I used Echo Limo for my round-trip transfer from Midway to my friend's home in Plainfield. My drivers were all wonderful. Cordial, and on-time. I also wanted to book a stretch lime for ladies' night out so we could relax, party, and enjoy one another and not worry about driving. When I called to check availability, all their stretches were already booked. However, Matthew @ Echo Limo made some calls and within an hour, he had rearranged some bookings and secured one of Echo's own stretch limos for us! Our chauffeur, Alfredo, was fantastic! Despite an incorrect address and a hotel that was difficult to access, he was patient and accommodating and made our evening a once in a lifetime experience! Matthew and Alfredo both provided exceptional service and the airport transfer drivers were excellent as well! I will definitely use Echo Limo anytime I return to Chicago.
