Nadat u onze chauffeur ontmoet en helemaal klaar bent, wordt u vervolgens overgebracht naar de Cua Dai-kade voor Speedboat-registratie bij de managementofficieren voordat u naar de Cham-eilanden gaat. Let op : De privé speedboot is niet bij de tour inbegrepen. Uw groep moet 370 USD betalen om uw eigen privé speedboot voor de reis te hebben. Om alle tijd te hebben op Cham eiland alleen om te snorkelen en strand, de enige manier is om een eigen speedboot (omdat de deelboot slechts 40 minuten snorkelen en andere activiteiten zal het bezoek aan tempel, markt, museum...) te hebben.
Na 25 minuten op SPEEDBOAT naar Cham eiland. Je eerste snorkelen op Dai eiland waar veel zacht koraal en kleurrijke vissen zijn (Snorkeltijd hier 1 uur) Rond 11 : 30 De SPEED BOAT brengt u naar Tweede snorkelen op Tai eiland waar veel hard koraal en kleurrijke vissen hebben (Snorkelen tijd hier nog een uur) - Meedoen met vissen voeren daar Rond 13 : 00 Heerlijk seafood BBQ lunchen bij Chong / of Ong beach - Relaxen - zonnebaden en energie bijvullen na het snorkelen. Rond 14:30 terug naar het hotel.
Genoeg tijd voor vandaag. Het is tijd dat passagiers weer op de speedboot stappen om terug te worden overgebracht naar Cua Dai-estuarium, waar het voertuig klaar staat om u terug te brengen naar Hoi An of Da Nang voor een drop-off bij uw hotel. Tour eindigt

Om alle tijd te hebben op Cham eiland om te snorkelen en strand, de enige manier is om een eigen speedboot (omdat de deelboot slechts 40 minuten snorkelen en andere activiteiten zal het bezoek aan tempel, markt, museum...) te hebben. Wij bieden gratis pick-up & drop off bij uw hotel in Hoi An of in Da Nang. Focussen op snorkelen tour en strand, zodat we alle onnodige zoals winkelen, tempels, museum overslaan.... - De winterperiode (1 december tot eind maart) is geen ideale tijd om te snorkelen vanwege het lage waterpeil en de bewolking maakt het water troebel. Je zult dus niet veel vissen, koralen...

I had in my head a speed boat was open and a bit of a treat, in actual fact it's a closed tender the kind you get on a cruise, ship to shore. First stop was Cham Island, the highlight of the walking tour was a look down a well, thankfully we didn't stay long. Second stop was a bit of snorkeling, was OK, but with 5 other boats and kids splashing there was not a lot to see. Finally the redemption, we stopped at a beach and we're given lunch, it was,a feast delicious fresh and local, no way you could eat all the food. Then we were entertained with wild monkeys who were very glad of the left over water melon. We relaxed by the sea on loungers ( 50 dong £1.40) and took in the glorious views, by far best part of the tour. Overall a tale of two halves, if not for a great lunch and beautiful beach, I would have rated 3 stars. Antonio the guide was very helpful.

Stunning island, a lovely experience. Couple of areas to improve but did not detract from overall fantastic day. 1. Time waiting for other pick ups, 20 minutes is too long, uncertain if unorganised tourists or poor communication over pickup time, suspect former. 2. Poor communication when we got to wharf. Got thru to waiting area but not advised how long we would wait or where we wait. All worked out fine but a bit unsettling at time wondering if we had missed boat. Communication on all other trips with Viator have been exceptional and the communication on rest of this trip was excellent too.
A very normal excursion, nothing special so I recommend it that you can not do on your own. We would repeat it just for going to the island by speedboat, snorkeling does not look special fish and corals neither fu nor fa...
Firstly, this is not a snorkelling trip. The snorkeling in total was maybe 30 minutes. The snorkeling equipment is unusable, broken and not safe. In addition, I do not believe is properly clean and disinfected between users. We spend more time on the crowded boat than snorkeling. Our guide was rude and unhelpful. The way people swim (snorkling or from the beach) amongst all these boats is very dangerous. The only positive part of the trip was the food that was good. I would not recommend the trip if you want to enjoy snorkeling.
Dear, Our team was sad to hear this. The crowded beach was out of our control because the Cham island is so popular and you did the trip in the weekend. Also, the month July is the high season because the school students are off for their summer holiday. We know well that this problem happens this month yearly so we write very clearly this in our tour program to warn our customers before booking (in "additional info"). Best part was swimming in the water since not much to see. Tour had sitting and waiting a large part of the time that felt so wasteful and caused to arrive back over an hour late.
Dear, Our team thank thank you for using our service. We understood that you only enjoyed swimming (while snorkeling) and not happy with sitting and waiting. This tour is a sharing tour and so the tour group must follow the fixed itinerary. Besides snorkeling, other activites will be the visits of local market, ancient digged well by Champa culture people, temple... While other people followed the tour, you skipped these activites and sat alone waiting. In this case, we cannot force other people to skip activities to adap your expectations. We hope you understand it and try to look for a private tour in the future then you can customize the itinerary. Best wishes!
Disinterested guide, snorkeling equipment was horrendous, holes in the snorkel, zip tied to masks as they handed them out, no flippers, cloudy water, coral and fish barely visible. The boat had no room to sit up on deck. We had a nice hour 1/2 on the beach. Would not recommend.
Dear customers, We thank you for using our service. We have investigated the situation and we understand that you left the negative review partly because of your unfair request for the refund but we refused. In deed, the weather was not good (cloudy and rainning) was out of our control and it happned while in the middle of the tour process (not happening at the start time of the tour). All the tour group agreed that the weater spoiled the trip not by my company operations. Nobody asked for the refund but you asked for a full refund which was really unfair. We would give back full refund if the weather was bad before the tour start and the tour cancelled. In this situation, the tour started in a very good weather and became bad while the tour was in the middle of the proccess. This the request for a full refund was really unfair and we could not refund. We hope you understand and be responsible with your review. Thanks
Tour group refused to pick us up from our hotel. We're advised at 1030pm the night before Did not get to see cham island. Very disappointed
Hi Frank, we understand that you were unhappy with us because we refused to pick you up. However, it is really unfair that you hid the real reason and misled the real information. This tour is a sharing group tour and we offer free pickup in the Old Quarter and locations within a radius of 8km from the meeting point. We also stated that locations over 8km far from the meeting point customers need to go there. Indeed you did input your hotel name but it is almost 25km far from the meeting point. You insist on asking us for free pickup and drop off at you hotel so it is impossible. Our team already explained and showed you what we wrote in the voucher but you seems still unhappy and it sound a weird. You told us that you want to cancel the tour and you would booked other tour operator. We agreed to let you cancel your tour last minutes and returned you full payment. And 20 minutes after that you called us to rebook but we must refuse because you got another group booked. For these reasons you left this review and hid the mail reason and I must say that it is really unfair, a big lie. Please be fair and live a happy life, not live in a hatred. Then you will have good ending. Otherwise, good lucks never come. Best wishes!
The tour was fun, we got picked up on time & we enjoyed the islands and the beaches are charming! The lunch was good as well by the beach! The monkeys were lovely and just wanted to steal your food 😅 The only thing is that the boar is too small and the windows don’t open, I would really recommend that they make the windows open cause when it is not moving, people with breathing issues can have trouble, when the boat is moving, there is air coming through the door so it is fine Especially that the boat is for Vietnamese people so it is very small with very small seats. If you sit in the front, you are fine
Very nice snorkeling experience, we saw corals and fish. The meal on a heavenly neighboring island was great, and we were able to get up close to monkeys
