Welkom bij de exclusieve ervaring. Zodra u uw reservering heeft gemaakt, krijgt u toegang tot het Catena Zapata Winery met een bezoek en proeverij. Het type bezoek kan zijn: THE BLENDING GAMES WIJN & MUZIEK DE FAMILIE IS ALLES Elk bezoek heeft een andere duur en soort proeverij. Voor een betere ervaring raden wij reizigers aan om deze service vooraf te boeken.
We hebben Bodega NORTON bezocht. Dit wijnhuis, eigendom van een Oostenrijkse familie, is hét toonbeeld van een traditioneel wijnhuis met een rijke geschiedenis in Mendoza. Deze wijnmakerij biedt een korte rondleiding aan, inclusief een wijnproeverij en een bezoek aan de omgeving.

A disaster, everything was paid for, and first they canceled everything from Catena, then Nico offered us lunch at another vineyard (Nieto Sanetiener) and then visits to Norton and La Séptima wineries; at the first one, they made us enter the store, gave us a glass of wine, and that was it, while at La Séptima, they didn't even let us in! A financial compensation was requested, which they refused. This company is not serious at all; they scam customers, and I do not recommend working with them at all.

Very bad experience delivered by an agency that leaves much to be desired. First of all, Catena Zapata was canceled and replaced by another vineyard. Lunch at the first destination was endless and delayed the tour, which consequently made us arrive late to the other two wineries, and as a result, they did not accept our entry. That is to say; from a tour of 3 vineyards, one was changed, and the other two were canceled. We did NOT receive a refund nor good reception or delivery of solutions. We lost time, money, and had a terrible time due to a poorly organized tour by a very unprofessional agency.

I did two days of amazing tours to Catena Zapata, Susana Balbo and Septima wineries, plus Chandon and dinner at Casa Vigil. Both Monica and Nico were impeccable.

The visit to Catena was perfect, only an initial change of time on the part of the company, but ok. As for Septima, we were only warned that it wasn't a visit, just a pass for a glass of wine. At Norton, the guide of the vineyard was taken by surprise by the agency regarding our viista, but improsicated with a lot of sympathy and knowledge and it was all great! Then they took us to lunch in another vineyard, and there was nothing good... bad food, bad wine... and they didn't ask us anything.

It is really an exclusive activity and with an incredible guide like Monica, made us feel at home, with a lot of knowledge but above all love and attitude for what she does.

My husband and I made the reservation for the visit at Catena Zapata and then we were informed that there was no vacancy. They suggested another walk and we didn't want to. We asked for immediate return, they promised they would and never did. It was charged and NEVER extortioned the amount paid by us. The propaganda is deceptive and act in bad faith.
