Beleef je fantasie van eilandontsnapping en stap aan boord van een catamaran naar Cayo Icacos, een verlaten eiland omgeven door het helderblauwe Caribisch gebied. Geniet tijdens deze dagcruise vanuit Fajardo van het uitzicht op de bergen van El Yunque en graaf vervolgens uw tenen in de stranden van Icacos, onderdeel van een natuurreservaat, en neem een ontspannen duik en snorkel in de buurt.

Ga 's ochtends naar de jachthaven in Puerto del Rey en ga aan boord van uw strakke catamaran. Of, als u voor hotelvervoer heeft gekozen, kijk dan op de link 'Aanvullende informatie' hieronder voor de ophaaltijd van uw hotel. Terwijl u vaart, bewondert u de bergen van het El Yunque National Forest en de kustlijn van Fajardo met stranden, een luxe jachthaven en een natuurreservaat. Geniet van een piña colada, rum punch, frisdrank, sap of ijsthee van de bar aan boord.
Na een uur op de Caribische Zee gaat u voor anker bij Cayo Icacos, onderdeel van het natuurreservaat La Cordillera Keys. (Afhankelijk van de omstandigheden kan de kapitein u naar Palominitos brengen, een ander ongerept eiland.) Trek uw snorkeluitrusting aan om het rif te verkennen, te zwemmen of te strandjutten in dit rustige paradijs. Snorkelmaskers, vinnen en drijvende riemen zijn aan boord beschikbaar. Geniet rond het middaguur van een lunchbuffet op de boot. Stel je eigen broodje samen met versgebakken brood, vleeswaren, kaas, sla, tomaten en augurken. Bijgerechten zijn onder meer gastronomische pastasalade, kipsalade, koolsalade, bonensalade, chips, koekjes en vers fruit. Na de lunch ga je naar een nabijgelegen rif om nog meer te snorkelen. Ontdek roggen, octopussen, kleurrijke vissen en verschillende koralen. Als je liever droog blijft, bekijk dan de onderwaterlandschappen door glazen ramen of probeer de waterglijbaan van de boot. Vervolgens vaart u ontspannen terug en arriveert u halverwege de middag in de jachthaven van Puerto del Rey, waar uw hotelvervoer wacht (indien deze optie is geselecteerd).

What an amazing boat day! You definitely do not need to know how to swim they provide life vests, including the kind that straps around your waist, which made everyone feel safe and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, the crew was friendly and helpful, and the entire experience was so much fun from start to finish. We had a wonderful time and made unforgettable memories. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. It was truly a great experience!
6 hours a bit long. I think shorten by 1 or 1.5 hours would be perfect for most. Crew was great, water great but don’t need that much time. Lastly, reduce number of people by 5 or so. Seating is way too tight.
WAAAAY too many people packed on to the boat. Done these around the world multiple times! First one ever to pack 60+ people on to the catamaran! Usually nor more than 15-20. Makes the experience a little less enjoyable. Arrived at the already crowed island and as we were there it got even far FAR FFAARRR more crowded on the beach with ALL the other tours pulling up! Too many tours! With too full of boats! Need to DRASTICALLY reduce the number of people and yours. Again, makes the experience a little less enjoyable. Other than that, staff was amazing, food and drinks were good! Just WWAAYYY too crowded. No reason to be sweating on one another!

Our family had an absolutely amazing time with East Island Excursions on the Icacos Island beach and snorkeling tour! It was 100% worth it, especially with young kids. From the moment we boarded, the crew made us feel welcome and taken care of. They constantly had drinks available (water, sodas, juice, and even alcoholic beverages for the adults), along with snacks, a delicious lunch, and more snacks throughout the trip. We never went hungry or thirsty! A special thank you to Jaylan, who was absolutely incredible. She was so kind and attentive to our girls the entire day and truly made our experience extra special. She even offered to watch our baby while we were in the water snorkeling, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the experience knowing she was in wonderful hands. That level of care meant so much to us. Dennis, Christian, and Captain Ismail were fantastic as well. The entire crew was friendly, professional, and worked hard to make sure everyone had a great time. Icacos Island itself was breathtaking, the crystal-clear turquoise water and beautiful beach were everything we had hoped for and more. It was one of the highlights of our Puerto Rico vacation, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this excursion again. If you’re visiting Puerto Rico, don’t think twice, book this trip! You won’t regret it.

10/10 Excellent crew and experience. Very professional operations. We booked the pick up from San Juan, the driver arrived on time. Snorkeling was great even though the water was choppy. 2hrs at the beach. Lunch was sandwiches and salad. They serve fruit and cookies. One negative I felt the drinks were light on rum. I assume they don’t want you to get too intoxicated. I would highly recommend this tour for families.
Crew was great, food was great, boat fantastic and equipment for snorkeling was great. My only suggestion would be not to put as many people on the boat as seating was tight and couldn't have choice of seating.
