All-inclusive snorkel- en glijbaanboottocht : Icacos of Vieques

Super family friendly, as a single mom traveling with two kids I felt safe and supported. The guides were fabulous, we laughed a lot, had a great experience and were served good food and drinks. The kids loved the snorkeling, boat ride, slide and time on the beach.

Amazing experience!!! Truly a 10/10. Davo, Dale, and Chris were amazing and made the tour so much better. The meeting spot was easy to find and we ubered from San Jose. They checked us in quickly and got us on boats. It was great because they separated the groups on different boats so people with families and kids got on the boat with a slide and solo travelers and adult friend groups got on a different one and the boats met at the island and snorkeled and were able to enjoy the beach together (this made the experience so much better because it truly felt like the experience was tailored for the age groups they were catering too and I’m sure this made the experience better for families as well). The snorkeling was easy and we saw sea turtles, plenty of fish and sting rays. The lunch and drinks were great and the time at the beach was so fun. If i could do this 100x again i would!

The boat ride to and from was ROUGH, but expected. The lunch and drinks were good and the slide was fun. We were on the 8am boat so we were all still waking up, take the afternoon trip if you can! The snorkeling was quick, probably could’ve been better since we had plenty of time in the water. Picturesque island!

Crew was amazing!!! Loved the music and the fun vibe! Good balance between travel, snorkeling, and slide.

We had such a great time! Easily one of our favorite days spent in PR! Everything from the boat ride, snorkeling, food and drinks were amazing! The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

So much fun to be out in the ocean with friends and family. The crew were awesome and friendly and very welcoming and informative!

Had a great time on the Calypso boat today! We are two parents who went with our six-year-old son, from Northeast Florida. We picked this tour because of the reviews and because it appealed to each member of our family (surprisingly, there are a lot of cool boat tours out there that are impractical for little kids). For the snorkeling portion, I saw the reef and a variety of colorful fish. The crew had a couple of lifeguards in the water and also a rope line to hang on to for those who needed extra assistance. Felt super secure in the water. Snorkeling isn’t the jam for my husband or son, so they hung on the top deck and watched for moon jellies in the water. Lunch was good - fresh fruit, a pasta salad, a bean salad, chicken salad (kind of bland tbh but I’m sure they’re trying to cater to a variety of culinary palettes…maybe try adding some apple or celery for a bit of crunch!). Soft drinks, water, rum and coke, and mojitos were complimentary and plentiful. They also had some bread and a jar of swirl pb&j for those who wanted that (kids). After snorkeling and lunch, we parked next to their other boat, the Kraken, and the boats shared the slide and a large floating platform. It was cool. There were a variety of friends, families, a bachelorette party, everyone was friendly and easygoing. My husband and son went down the slide dozens and dozens of times. Music and atmosphere was great. The crew, Andrea, Fabian, Andrew (sp?) and the captain, were all polite, fun and professional. We tipped $20 which was all the cash we had and they had more than earned it. I had read a couple of other reviews saying this tour was not a good value for the money and based on our experience, I have to disagree. Owning and maintaining a boat of that caliber is expensive, employing a professional crew and serving lunch and providing decently maintained snorkel equipment all require money, and the cost of goods in Puerto Rico is definitely higher than in the mainland, even with inflation costs in Florida. I’m saying this because I think it’s important to support local tourism run by local people and I would rather spend my money this way than on extra junk we don’t need from Target. I especially liked that the crew gave us the full time out there and didn’t try to rush us back, which sometimes can happen in a “captive audience” situation as a tourist. I seldom write reviews, only if I feel like something is totally legit, and this was. Hopefully this review answered and questions you may have if you are considering going, just do it!!

This was probably one of the most thoughtfully planned excursions I have ever been on from start to finish. Egmon, David, and Diego were excellent tour guides! They were fun, attentive to everyone’s needs, and patient. The snorkeling wasn’t as vibrant as other places. However, we did get to see a stingray and sea turtles, making that aspect worthwhile. The time on the boat was more than sufficient, the food was delicious, and the drinks were flowing.

This tour was so much fun Ricky and his crew were amazing. Ricky took us out snorkeling and we saw so many fish, sea turtles and a couple of sting rays. The snorkeling is a long swim but definitely worth the effort. The food and drinks were delicious. We had the perfect amount of time to eat, drink, explore and enjoy the water slide.

The ride was fun and a good time was had by all.
