Catamarancruise van een halve dag – zeilen, ontspannen en genieten van Kaapverdië Zet koers op een ontspannen cruise van een halve dag langs de zuidwestkust van Sal Island. Geniet van de wind, de zon en het uitzicht op de oceaan aan boord van een van onze ruime catamarans - met beperkte groepsgrootte voor een comfortabele, persoonlijke ervaring. Of u nu zonnebaadt, een drankje drinkt of gewoon van het uitzicht geniet, deze reis draait allemaal om het vertragen en genieten van het leven op zee. Let op : Vanwege de beschadigde pier in Santa Maria, boarding vindt plaats vanaf het strand via dinghy. Je voeten kunnen nat worden. Tijdens de reis geniet u van : - Ontspannen zeilen langs de prachtige kust van Sal - Lichte snacks en drankjes aan boord (let op : geen volledige maaltijd) - Een vriendelijke, lokale bemanning en chill sfeer - Een korte stop om te zwemmen of snorkelen aan het einde (uitrusting aanwezig), locatie afhankelijk van de omstandigheden Dit is geen feestcruise — het is een rustige, vreugdevolle ervaring. Wildwaarnemingen zijn mogelijk, maar NIET gegarandeerd. De focus ligt op zeilen en comfort voor kleine groepen.

A spectacular tour, we saw hundreds of dolphins swimming in front and next to the boat. Flying fish, turtles. Fantastic crew and very friendly.

Despite bad weather, luckily we only drove a few hundred meters. It was just cold and not nice at all. I would say that everyone was glad when it was over. The boat was dirty and the food and drinks were a joke! The beautiful pictures are from management and do not correspond to the truth at all, or there are two boats?! ;-) A boy tried a little, but that was it. We were very disappointed!

Overall the trip was ok but could be improved. Picked up on time and at location agreed which was great, only a further 15mins on bus collecting others until we reached start point. Had a get a smaller rib boat out to catamaran which was a smooth operation but was slightly disappointment with the condition and facilities of the boat. No chairs or even cushions to relax on only the front nets which are uncomfortable after laying on for a while. The staff were friendly and great and offering drinks and snacks. The toilets were shocking, did not flush, smelt terrible and no running tap water to wash hands. The actual trip itinerary was the most disappointing, simply headed out to sea and back, no information, no places visited and then when we got back to start point you could get off to snorkel for 5 mins where there was no sea life. Overall boat and itinerary needs improvement.

We would however like to clarify a few points, as much of what you describe is exactly how the experience is advertised. This is a **relaxed sailing experience along the southwest coast of Sal**, not a sightseeing tour with several stops or places to visit. We sail, enjoy the ocean, drinks, snacks and music, and if conditions allow, make a short swimming/snorkeling stop at the end. Marine life is completely natural and therefore can never be guaranteed. The dinghy transfer is also explained before booking. Unfortunately, the pier in Santa Maria is currently damaged, so we had to adapt our boarding procedure and use the safest suitable departure point depending on conditions. Our catamarans are designed for relaxed sailing, with open deck areas and nets rather than rows of chairs. Regarding the toilet, this is certainly not the standard we expect. Our boats and toilets are cleaned and checked regularly, and we will investigate this with the crew. We always try to describe our experience as clearly as possible so guests know exactly what type of trip they are booking.
Great afternoon, highly recommend to all. You can’t be guaranteed to see any wildlife however Captain spotted a huge pod of Dolphins of which we followed for 15 minutes. Saw sea turtles and flying fish also. Staff very attentive to offering drinks and snacks.

The sailors were incredibly talented, welcoming and despite our youngest getting sea sick (the entire journey because of a choppy day) we all had a fabulous time and even saw a turtle. Would recommend but maybe on a calmer day. Thank you for taking care of our little girl too.

A gorgeous experience in Santa Maria, with a lovely crew and capitan. The boat is beautiful, the food provided is great, and the service on board is 10/10. Bring your own snorkelling goggles & make sure you have a bag that doesn’t get too wet, because you have to take a small boat to get to the catamaran, and your stuff might get wet.
