Stop bij de kathedraal van Llandaff, al meer dan 1500 jaar een plaats van christelijke aanbidding Ga het Nationaal Park in om Henrhyd Falls te bezoeken, de hoogste en spectaculairste waterval van Zuid-Wales. Ga naar het hart van Bannau Brycheiniog en geniet van een korte stop bij de op één na oudste boom in Wales, een prachtige taxusboom van 3018 jaar oud. Stop in Brecon stad, waar u de grachten kunt bewonderen - uitgeroepen tot de mooiste in Groot-Brittannië. Bezoek het Bannau Brycheiniog Visitor Centre en geniet van een aangename wandeling omgeven door prachtige heuvels en prachtige bergen. Houd er rekening mee dat het bezoek aan de watervallen een wandeling van 30 minuten zal omvatten. Het pad kan steil en modderig zijn, dus we raden aan om laarzen en regendichte kleding te dragen.

Ga het Nationaal Park in om Henrhyd Falls te bezoeken, de hoogste en meest spectaculaire waterval van Zuid-Wales, bekend om zijn rol als filmlocatie voor de slotscène van Batman: De Dark Knight staat op als de ingang van de Batcave.
Ga naar het hart van Bannau Brycheiniog en geniet van een korte stop bij de op één na oudste boom in Wales, een prachtige taxusboom die 3018 jaar oud is, waardoor het een van de oudste bomen in Groot-Brittannië is.
Sluit uw dag af in Brecon, waar u de grachten kunt bewonderen – uitgeroepen tot de mooiste van Groot-Brittannië – of gewoon kunt genieten van een wandeling door de schilderachtige straatjes van de stad, gevuld met onafhankelijke winkels, bakkerijen, koffietentjes en souvenirwinkels.

- De wandeling naar de watervallen duurt ongeveer 20 minuten. Het pad kan steil, oneffen en soms modderig zijn, dus we raden aan om geschikt schoeisel te dragen.
- Niet aanbevolen voor kinderen jonger dan vijf jaar.
- We raden u aan een verzekering voor persoonlijke activiteiten te nemen om u te beschermen tegen mogelijk inkomensverlies in het onwaarschijnlijke geval van een ongeval tijdens een wandeling.
- Houd er rekening mee dat grote bagage en hut tassen / trolleys niet zijn toegestaan. We staan alleen rugzakken of tassen tot 40 cm × 20 cm × 25 cm toe, om de veiligheid en het comfort van onze passagiers te garanderen.

A good varied day and Max our driver/guide was very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. The only slight negative is the walk to the waterfall is quite testing and in places not very safe especially for older or unfit travellers. To be fair you are warned about this but you only discover the problems once you have started the descent.
Our guide, Max, was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Very thorough. It was unbelievable to me how much information he had memorized in his head he was a very good driver all in all it was the most enjoyable trip my son and I have been on and I really got a good sense of southern Wales
This is a great tour to see the Brecon beacons and more of South Wales in general. Highly recommend it. Max, the tour guide is amazing!

Max the guide and driver was great. He gave us a lot of insight into Wales which I enjoyed. The “waterfall” was barely a trickle and you had to work too hard to see it. Trail was poorly marked, uneven, lots of roots, and required too much effort for a letdown. To be fair, Max warned us there had not been much rain lately. We really enjoyed the Yew tree discussion he included. Wales is a beautiful country. Your tours should focus on other parts of the country and forget about this waterfall.

It is a true sightseeing experience, with small groups that allow us to explore hidden gems away from the crowds. Fantastic trip, and a great way to see the national park. As a couple travelling without a car, this was a great and cost-effective way for us to visit Brecon without the need for a vehicle. Pick-up is centrally located and easy to find. Max, our tour guide, was very friendly, informative, and accommodating. We had ample time at each stop, and there was plenty of time to enjoy the sights. The hike to the waterfall is short, with steep sections. The trail has plenty of proper footing, but the ground is often wet, so it can be slippery. Definitely recommend suitable footwear, and some experience with wet trails. Max was very accommodating of the group and was attentive and helpful for those who wanted assistance with the descent. Definitely worth the short walk!

Great tour. Max was an amazing guide, giving lots of information about the places and Wales in general. The time at the stops was exactly right: long enough that you could see everything and enjoy the stay, but not long enough so you could have many stops on the trip. Well managed 👍
