Ontdek het bruisende hart van de oudste stad van Zuid-Afrika tijdens deze meeslepende stadstour van een halve dag. De rijke geschiedenis en culturele diversiteit van Kaapstad komt tot leven terwijl je langs de meest gevierde bezienswaardigheden en verborgen juweeltjes reist. Uw Gids brengt de complexe geschiedenis van de stad tot leven - van vroege inheemse culturen en Nederlandse nederzettingen tot het huidige Zuid-Afrika - en biedt inzicht in hoe Kaapstad evolueerde tot de dynamische metropool die het vandaag de dag is. Houd er rekening mee dat de Tafelberg gesloten is voor zijn jaarlijkse onderhoud van 27 juli 2026 tot 9 augustus 2026.

Onze Geaccrediteerde Gids zal u bij uw hotel ontmoeten en u naar de Tafelberg brengen. Wij raden u aan om online tickets te kopen om lange rijen te voorkomen. Daarna stapt u in de Kabelbaan bij het lager gelegen kabelbaanstation met onze Gids. De kabelbaan zal draaien om u een volledig 360 graden uitzicht op de stad Kaapstad te geven gedurende 3 minuten. Wanneer u aankomt bij het Upper Cable car station, heb je een rondleiding zal uw Gids voor 30 minuten. Je Gids geeft je ook vrije tijd om rond te lopen op de top van de berg. U kunt ook een kopje koffie of zoete lekkernij op de Top als er is een Cafe ook.
Dit is een majestueuze fotostop met een frame met de Tafelberg op de achtergrond. Tafelberg is een van de zeven wereldwonderen in de wereld. Op warme zonnige dagen kunt u ook Paragliders op de heuvel spotten. Signal Hill is erg populair voor paragliding
Deze luxueuze buitenwijk aan zee wordt onderbroken door het populaire witte zandstrand van Camps Bay en de twaalf apostelen-bergketen. Gasten krijgen de gelegenheid om uit het voertuig te stappen en te genieten van de prachtige uitzichten en foto's te maken van wat de hand van de mens en de natuur hebben versmolten tot een meesterwerk.
Dit is een perfecte fotostop in Clifton, met uitzicht op de bergketen van de 12 apostelen aan de ene kant en de Atlantische Oceaan aan de andere kant. Clifton staat bekend als de duurste buitenwijk van Kaapstad
Deze buitenwijk stond eerst bekend als Botany Bay, vanwege de Botanische Tuin die hier lag. Het is de tweede duurste buitenwijk van Kaapstad. Het is ook beoordeeld als een van de tien beste plekken om te wonen in Zuid-Afrika.
In Sea Point vind je veel hoge gebouwen, waardoor het een dichtbevolkte woonwijk is om in te wonen. De Promenade is ongeveer 5 km lang en strekt zich helemaal uit van Bantry Bay tot aan de V&A waterkant. Beroemd om zijn picknicks, joggen, fietsen en zonsondergangen kijken tussen de lokale bevolking. Dit is ook waar paragliders landen, tijdens de paraglide vanaf Signal Hill.
We krijgen de gelegenheid om Bo-kaap te ontdekken, een Kaapse Georgische gemeenschap die vroeger bekend stond als de Kaap-Maleiswijk. Bo-kaap's endemische architecturale structuren, geplaveide straatjes en felgekleurde muren zorgen voor een geweldige fotosessie, maar het is ook haar 300 jaar oude geschiedenis die je veel te bieden heeft.
We rijden dan door de stad Kaapstad. Kaapstad staat bekend als de Mothercity in Zuid-Afrika, omdat het de eerste stad is die in het land is gebouwd. U passeert het internationale congrescentrum van Kaapstad, station Kaapstad Busstation van Kaapstad Kasteel van goede hoop District Six Museum Parlement van Zuid-Afrika Slave Lodge Company Gardens St. George's Cathedral
Hier bezoekt u een diamantmuseum. Zuid-Afrika is erg rijk aan diamanten en goud. Er is ook een unieke Afrikaanse steen genaamd Tanzinite. Tanzinite is alleen te vinden in Tanzania en het is 1000 meer achter dan Diamanten. Het is te vinden aan de voetzolen van Mount Kilimanjaro en heeft een Royal Blue-kleur. Amazing day, Table Mountain was unfortunately invisible due to clouds/fog, but the day was adapted to our taste by our guide Leticia. Worth the cost just to hear Leticia’s insights into Cape-town History and culture, nevermind the locations we visited. Even more amazing considering we booked the tour at short notice due to cancellations of other plans. 10/10 would recommend!

We had the best time going to the table mountain, then the signal hill, and driving around the center of capetown while the tour guide (Ney Ney) explained about the history and the stories about the different names of the mountains and why where they named that way. Highly recommended
