Cape Agulhas Full Day Private Tour laat je genieten van een once-in-a-lifetime kans om te zien waar twee oceanen samenkomen met een privétrip van een hele dag naar Cape Agulhas vanuit Kaapstad. Bezoek het zuidelijkste puntje van Afrika en kijk uit over het water, waar de Indische Oceaan en de Atlantische Oceaan elkaar ontmoeten. Bekijk een van de oudste vuurtorens, bekijk een van de grootste kolonies Afrikaanse pinguïns en walvissen spotten op het land (seizoensgebonden).

De Tour naar Kaap Agulhas is een geweldige manier om een gedenkwaardige dag door te brengen tijdens uw vakantie in Kaapstad. Een wandeling langs het pad, dat je naar het officiële ontmoetingspunt van de twee oceanen brengt. Hier kun je een foto maken met één voet in de Indische oceaan en de andere voet in de Atlantische oceaan. Dit is ook het zuidelijkste puntje van Afrika. Verken een van de oudste vuurtorens in Zuid-Afrika, hier bij Kaap Agulhas.
Op de route van Kaap Agulhas stoppen we bij de wijnvallei Hemel-en-Aarde net achter Hermanus. Hier raden we een wijnproeverij aan bij Creation Wine Estate of Hamilton Russell Wine Estate. Tijdens het walvisseizoen (juni tot november) kunt u ook de Southern Right Whales langs de kusten van Hermanus spotten. U kunt ook lunchen in een van de vele restaurants aan zee in Hermanus. Op onze weg terug naar Kaapstad vanuit Hermanus en de Kaap Agulhas, stoppen we bij Stony Point Penguins Colony voor een bezoek aan deze betoverende zeedieren. Stony Point is een van de grootste pinguïnkolonies in Zuid-Afrika.

Our driver, Isa, was very competent and friendly. He told us a little bit about the places we passed and the ones we visited, like the townships around Cape Town, their history, the tensions during Apartheid, etc. He also explained that in the nicer areas we passed, there is still a divide in where people live. He could not tell us anything about the flora we asked about. The air conditioning in the Renault car did not work well at all. It may have been low on the propellant that cools it. That was extremely uncomfortable. I've taken away 2 stars because we expected to be comfortable on a private tour. It was a major oversight, since we spent a total of about six hours just driving. Also, the car had no pep going up the inclines in the passes. We spent a very pleasant afternoon in Hermanus. It was not whale season, but the town itself is lovely. Overall, it would have been an enjoyable tour if the air conditioning worked.

This was an excellent private tour that I booked at the last minute after another tour operator cancelled my booking. I'm thankful to Kule Tours and the guide Isa for gladly taking me along even though I was the only passenger. I enjoyed my conversations with Isa and he shared valuable pieces of info and knowledge about the places that I otherwise wouldn't have found on my own. The Betty's Bay (penguins) and Hermanus (whale watch, lunch break) stops are very scenic and were completed during the onward journey and it helped because I was very tired during the return leg from Cape Agulhas to Cape Town to take in the views. The whole tour took almost 10.5 hours (8:30am - 7pm). Make sure you rest well the night before. A trip worth the time and bragging rights.

Excellence trip. The tour managed well and my guide, Isa, was very nice. Betty's bay is much better place than Boulder beach to see Puenguin. Worth a long trip from Cape Town.

Issa was great! The landscape during the drive was beautiful. I’m happy I booked this! Come prepared for the long drive with snacks, water, blanket, maybe even neck pillow.
