**Ophaalservice vanaf de luchthaven:** Bij aankomst haalt u uw bagage op en gaat u naar de aankomsthal. Uw chauffeur wacht buiten de terminal in het ophaalgebied voor grondtransport met een bord met een oranje Cancun Travel Experience-logo. Gelieve uw bevestiging of identiteitsbewijs met foto te tonen bij het ophalen. Uw vervoer is precies 30 minuten na de landingstijd van uw vlucht klaar en kan tot 60 minuten na de landingstijd van uw vlucht wachten. Aankomsten: als u toevallig problemen ondervindt bij het vinden van uw chauffeur, ga dan naar een van de volgende ontmoetingspunten: - Terminal 2 (binnenlandse aankomsten) bij Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (internationale aankomsten) bij Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 bij Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 bij de welkomstbar **Ophalen bij hotel:** Uw exacte ophaaltijd wordt een dag voor vertrek van uw vlucht bevestigd, uw chauffeur zal u ontmoeten in de lobby van uw hotel. Gelieve uw bevestiging of identiteitsbewijs met foto te tonen bij het ophalen. Wees alsjeblieft klaar en wacht een paar minuten voor de bevestigde ophaaltijd, chauffeurs mogen maximaal 10 minuten wachten na de bevestigde ophaaltijd.

- Aankomsten : Uw vervoer zal klaar zijn op precies 30 minuten na uw vlucht landingstijd en kan wachten tot 60 minuten na uw vlucht landingstijd.
- Vertrek : Gelieve klaar te staan en te wachten in de lobby van uw hotel, chauffeurs mogen slechts maximaal 10 minuten wachten na de bevestigde ophaaltijd.
- Houd er rekening mee dat ophalen van / naar meerdere luchthaventerminals / hotels niet is toegestaan, ophaaltijden zijn gebaseerd op verkeers- / wegbeperkingen, eventuele verzoeken om wijzigingen worden beoordeeld en ingewilligd of afgewezen naar eigen goeddunken van de leverancier.
- Transferdiensten zijn niet inwisselbaar voor andere diensten/routes.

Great experience. I had issues with 2 people from my party booking to a different airport and they were able to kindly refund me for the cost of their tickets. I will definitely stick with them the next time I come to Riviera Maya.

We used this service to get to and from the tulum airport and Hilton Tulum. The service provides clean and reliable transportation. I loved that they were kind and on time.
Communication with Cancun Travel Experience was excellent ! Was contacted 4 days before trip, as promised, and then 2 days before trip to confirm details. Rolando met us upon arrival and was knowledgeable and patient with us. The drivers were prompt, professional and courteous, both from the airport to the resort and on the return trip. Both trips were in spacious vans that were comfortable. We even contacted them during our stay for our traveling companions' need (who were already in Mexico at another resort) and they were well pleased with the service they received. I can't say anything negative about the service that was provided. The cost was reasonable and really made our trip more enjoyable because of worrying about how to get around. The next time I go to the Cancun area, I know who I'm calling for Great transportation.
We had a great experience. Our drivers, Ramiro and Victor made us feel safe and comfortable and communicated with us well. Walking out of the Cancun airport, it was very easy to find our driver and when we were ready to leave our hotel at the end of our stay, our driver was waiting by the lobby right when we discussed. I would gladly use this travel service again.
This is the worst transportation company. I am had confirmed my pick up time the day before on the phone verbally for 10:05am. Next day, they did not arrive and when I called they had changes my pick up time for 12pm after I had confirmed on the phone 10:05. They called to let me know that they were not going to make it in time, that I needed to find another ride. I ended up paying for taxi. They refuse ro refund my money, even though I sent them the text and calls with times and proof. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
Dear Ms. Prieto, We are sorry to know that you had an unpleasant experience with us. We provided you with a 10:00AM pickup (Considering your hotel location and the required time by the airport/airline). A day before, you requested a later time. 12PM to be exactly. This change was by no means done unilaterally done by us. On the day of your reservation, you requested an earlier pickup and you were informed the change was not possible. First, no one was at the airport waiting for us. When we asked other about the tour operator, no one even heard of that operator. Tried to call them on the number they provided and the number was disconnected. Called Viator and they tried to contact them and had the same no answer experience. Worse yet, Viator was very indignant and took no responsibility for the booking a tour operator who seemed to be out of business. All they could do was try to book a new transfer with no garrentees that I would receive a refund for the old one. Total mess.
Our driver was patient and helpful. He even let us stop at the grocery store before taking us to our condo. 10/10 will be using this company in future visits
The ride there was awful…. Van smelled and they were late!! Took 2 hrs to get there and just was terrible

Great and effecient way to get the family wirh a toddler to our resort. It was hassle free and they were punctual and great with communicating
Adrian, the driver, was helpful and kept us informed on the travel time to our hotel. The private transportation was very convenient after arriving from a delayed flight, searched at custom and getting out of the airport after 6pm.
