Great experience. They were on time - waiting for us when we arrived with a sign to greet us so we knew right where to go. They were also very responsive when we had questions leading up to our trip. We had a great experience with this transport company. The car/van was clean and the driver was very polite. It was a smooth drive from the airport to Mayakoba and back a few days later. The pick up driver was about 20 minutes late but I communicated with the company and it wasn’t a problem at all. We still had plenty time at the airport.
