- Tijdens grote festivals zijn er wegafsluitingen en files. De terugreis kan alleen worden verzonden naar het afgiftepunt dat het dichtst bij het hotel ligt volgens de wegomstandigheden die dag. De specifieke locatie wordt op dat moment door de chauffeur bepaald. Onze excuses voor het ongemak.

- Individuele / individuele reizigers geaccepteerd om deel te nemen als we al geregistreerde deelnemers hebben. Individuele reizigers stand-by bij Berjaya Times Square Hoofdingang voor pick-up. (Neem contact met ons op voor de beschikbaarheid te controleren)
- Zorg dat u 15 minuten voor de geplande vertrektijd aanwezig bent in de lobby/ingang van het hotel.
- Aangezien dit een gedeelde tour is, gelieve geduld te hebben in geval van onvoorziene vertragingen langs de ophaalroute.
- Voor ophalen buiten het dekkingsgebied geldt een toeslag van minimaal RM50/auto (toeslag en ophaaltijd worden per ophaallocatie bepaald), toeslag die direct contant aan de bestuurder moet worden betaald
- Neem uw eigen paraplu of regenjas mee in geval van regen, want de tour gaat door zoals gepland, zelfs bij natte weersomstandigheden

Excellent experience, nice and knowledgeable driver guide
A really interesting experience. I didn't know what to expect but I learned a lot during this tour and Gerard was a fantastic guide. If you have a bit more time in KL and fancy heading North with a slightly cooler climate to learn about this Jungle region then I'd definitely recommend it.
Sasi is the best! What a day. The driver is really good. What an beautiful experience. Really worth it! Go!!! I really recommend this tour! You get an interesting Malaysian experience.
I spent a lot of time in one place, as there were few places to visit compared to other tours to Cameron Highlands. The lunch we had on the golf course was a set menu and a good time with participants from the USA, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Luxembourg, Australia, us in Japan and around the world. In the tea plantation, we enjoyed a two-hour walk and tea time. Finally, after visiting the waterfall, we sampled rare items with the guide's explanation and service. It was a lovely tour that was relaxed and not rushed. It's a long distance journey, four hours each on the way back and forth, but we were sleepy and didn't bother. We ended up on a long tour between 7am and 9pm. Thank you, Mr. Driver, Mr. Guide.
Amazing trip, guide and driver that took us relentlessly around despite the weekend traffic and rain and make our experience insane. Recommend to anyone wanting to touch on many places in one day, the visit at the aboriginal community blew my mind. Totally worthy.
Cameron highlands is great but the tour guide Melvin was terrible. Not sure if we could even call him a guide. He was very rude and also he was busy on his phone all the time. Not even concerned if all of us in our group should even know where to go or what to do. He was also very rude to our fellow travellers. No one would approach him or dare ask anything from him as he would raise his voice and become very un-approachable. None of our group members enjoyed the tour because of his attitude and also wanted it to end soon (After paying for the whole tour, in advance). Sad experience. I was hesitant to write this review as all other guides by Ivy Holidays have always been fantastic. But because of this experience we switched to other tour companies for our Malaysia tour

The 3 hour ride (half of which was quite mountainous), was a bit rough on my stomach. However the experience we got out of it was amazing. Especially recommended for people who have a shorter stay in Kuala Lumpur only, so that you can see the country side of Malaysia and its indigenous people and their lifestyles.
Good tour to experience a bit of Cameron Highlands: cool weather (but not cold), tea plantation (and tasty cup of tea), local market, strawberries, fresh veggies and a simple but nice lunch. It is a long journey (4h drive to go and 4h to come back - Thanks to our driver for making our journey safely) but good to see something different from Kuala Lumpur. Our guide (Sasi) gave us interesting informations and did his best to make our tour easy & nice. Thanks to both of you (Sasi & driver)🙏🏾
The trip was very good overal i enjoyed the tea plantation and waterfall the most Sasi our tour guied is super funny and knowledgeable i really loved his presentation of the history and informative way along the trip
