Playa Macao is een strand in het noordelijke deel van Bávaro in de oostelijke regio van de Dominicaanse Republiek. Macao Beach bevat wit zand met palmbomen in de omgeving. Het is erg populair bij de lokale bevolking en is ook een toeristische trekpleister voor surfers en degenen die toeren maken in buggy's en vier wielen.
