Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Pick-up is inbegrepen bij de meeste hotels en resorts in de omgeving van Bávaro-Punta Cana. Voor het Cap Cana gebied moet u een toegangspas aanvragen zodat we het pand kunnen betreden. Vervoer is niet inbegrepen voor boekingen op dezelfde dag of voor accommodaties in de gebieden Friusa of Verón — gasten moeten in deze gevallen op eigen gelegenheid bij het ontmoetingspunt aankomen. De avond voor uw tour ontvangt u een bevestiging met de exacte ophaaltijd en of deze bij uw hotellobby of Security Gate zal zijn. In de meeste hotels worden er afhalingen gedaan bij de Security Gate, tenzij u een speciale toegangspas voor ons aanvraagt en verkrijgt om de lobby te bereiken. Pick-ups beginnen binnen een 1 - 2 uur voordat de tour begint. Zorg dat u 5 minuten voor uw geplande ophaaltijd klaarstaat op de bevestigde locatie. Onze chauffeur maakt bij aankomst een foto van de lobby of poort. Als je niet binnen 10 minuten aanwezig bent, wordt het beschouwd als een no-show. No-shows worden niet terugbetaald.

Unserious company, they bring you to the buggy and refuse you even though the reservation was good. activity booked with children as possible via the platform. They wait until they have transported us to the activity site to refuse us and also refuse a refund. Definitely do not do any activity with this company
Nous sommes désolés de lire ce commentaire, mais il manque un élément essentiel : l’enfant concerné n’avait même pas encore un an. Pour des raisons évidentes de sécurité, il est absolument impossible d’autoriser un bébé de cet âge à participer à une activité en buggy. Cette situation avait été expliquée avant le départ. Malgré cela, vous avez choisi de prendre le transport en indiquant que l’enfant resterait sur place pendant l’activité. Finalement, notre équipe vous a raccompagnés à votre hôtel, exactement comme elle était venue vous chercher. La sécurité, particulièrement celle d’un bébé, ne peut faire l’objet d’aucune exception.

Good experience. The tour was very good, and Macao Beach is beautiful. The cenote was not very pleasant. Too many people, it did not feel safe to jump in. I have visited other cenotes, and they are safer than this one. Overall, a good tour.

Very Unorganized! Waited soo long just to ride . The dune buggies need to be replaced as well safety hazard
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that we are currently in Holy Week (Semana Santa), one of the busiest times of the year. As one of the only ranches operating to fulfill all pre-booked reservations during this holiday, the flow of people is much higher than usual, which can affect wait times.Regarding our equipment, please rest assured that safety is our top priority. Our buggies are heavy-duty vehicles maintained daily to endure extreme conditions of mud, rocks, and water. They are built for this rugged terrain, not for luxury, and they are fully capable of completing the adventure safely.
I was a little nervous about this excursion based on some of the reviews, but we had a great time! It was well organized, and the staff was very accommodating. My teens wanted their own buggy’s and we were able to purchase 2 more at $25 each. The staff was very friendly and safety was their top priority. Definitely recommend!

We were picked up at 11am for a tour that was supposed to start at 11:30am. We did not get to the tour location until 12:45pm. Then the “tasting” was just them trying to sell products to us. The whole tour was a lot of just waiting in the buggies, then waiting at each location. Very much a tourist trap to get you to buy more things from them.

Any vendors you encountered at the stops are completely independent and have nothing to do with our ranch. We do not earn a single cent from their sales, nor do we care if you buy from them or not. Our only business is providing the tour experience.Regarding the timing: there was no delay. This is a shared route with a scheduled pickup at 11:00 AM for the midday session. Arriving at the ranch at 12:45 PM is the standard process for coordinating multiple hotel pickups before the engines start.Additionally, we are currently in Holy Week (Semana Santa), one of the busiest times of the year. We were one of the only ranches operating to fulfill reservations for our clients. While there were more people than usual, if you look at other reviews from the exact same day, you will see families who had a fantastic time.We are sorry you didn't enjoy the pace, but we remain committed to delivering the adventure we promised to everyone who booked with us."
There was a lot of waiting and a lot of riding the buggies (obviously fun!) but we only spent 15 minutes at the cave and 15 minutes at the beach because we were running late. It was enough time to take a quick dip and then we were off. I was a little disappointed the beach visit was so short since before the tour I saw such nice photos of couples on the beach with iguanas and macaws. We didn't do any of that or get to experience it because we were running behind. Even though we were there on time. We also noticed that some of the other doors had much nicer buggies.

Excellent time on the buggies! Warning though do not purchase the margaritas on the beach...Regular margaritas was 35.00 each! Yes we should have asked first :/
