Wij nodigen u uit voor een schilderachtige tour naar de ‘wieg van Hongarije’ om op te gaan in de geschiedenis! We maken een rit naar de voormalige koninklijke steden van Hongarije. In Esztergom vanaf Cathedral Hill kunt u genieten van het beste uitzicht op de rivier en naar Slowakije. U kunt de kathedraal bezoeken, de grootste rooms-katholieke kerk van Hongarije. We steken de rivier en de grens naar Slowakije over om het prachtige uitzicht vanaf de andere kant te hebben. We gaan verder naar Visegrád, het hart van de Donaubocht, waar we u trakteren op een 3-gangen lunch. Ons restaurant kijkt uit op de rivierbocht en het beroemde kasteel dat ooit een zetel van de Hongaarse koningen was. We komen langs Solomon Tower, ooit de gevangenis van Graaf Dracula. De tour gaat verder naar Szentendre. Verken de stad van kunstenaars en kunsten, beroemd om zijn musea, bars, cafés en boetieks. Retour per boot alleen tussen mei - september, alleen op vrijdag + zaterdag + zondag tours.

Excursie Donaubocht: een reis door de geschiedenis van Hongarije Ontdek drie historische schatten in één dag langs de schilderachtige Donaubocht. Begin uw reis met een korte stop over de grens in Slowakije en keer vervolgens terug naar Hongarije om Esztergom te verkennen, het historische centrum van de katholieke kerk, waar u zult genieten van een bezoek aan de prachtige basiliek. Ga verder naar Visegrád, waar een adembenemend panoramisch uitzicht op de Donau op u wacht, gecombineerd met een heerlijke lunch met uitzicht op de iconische rivierbocht.
Bekijk de openluchttentoonstelling van jonge Hongaarse kunstenaars, dwaal vervolgens langs de kronkelende, geplaveide steegjes en snuif de mediterrane sfeer op.
Aan het einde van de tour keer je terug naar Boedapest aan de Donau met een openbare lijnboot ALLEEN op vrijdag-zaterdag-zondag en (mei tot september) - de tour eindigt bij de pier/het stadscentrum.
