tour was great, very informative, you need to be fit, NYC bike lanes and trails are easy to ride and the waterfront parks incredible

This was the worst tour we did on our 5 week trip to USA! There was only my husband and I on this tour. The guide was terrible. He presented very poorly in dirty clothing….we actually thought he was on the tour not leading it! He went of plan and left us behind to catch up to him during the whole tour. We asked many questions that he could not answer. Every other tour we went on the guides were extremely knowledgeable. He would nearly fall off his bike staring at young women as we rode. I would certainly not take children on this tour we were riding through very busy traffic and we could not see our guide at most points . He got lost a few times and other times just rode past places we were meant to stop at. Also the bikes were very poor quality and filthy. Luckily I had wet wipes and we were able to give the handle bars , seat and frame a good wipe down. Would not recommend at all and am surprised Viator use such a second rate bike shop and tour guide!!!!!
Our guide was great. We had a small group. Our guide asked us what he had seen in the city, and then made adjustments so we could see areas we were not familiar with. It was a great ride and I got to see areas of the city I had never visited. Good activity with a teenager.

Absolutely state of the art bridge. We have been on a lot of famous bridges but the Brooklyn Bridge was special. Amazing history, beautiful views and just an imposing structure.

Brooklyn Bridge is the perfect embodiment of NY. A rich deep history of never giving up and the beautiful architecture. Loved the bridge so much. The views were absolutely fantastic.

Decent tour of the bridge. A bit on the longer side (it doesn’t feel that long though). Guide helps you guide through the route and avoid traffic when possible. Also knowledgable about the history of the bridge.

Good tour with Ray. We got our bikes in Manhattan midtown where we met our guide. From there we rode all the way to Brooklyn Onto the Brooklyn Bridge. The bridge was crowd, as expected, but we were able to enjoy our time and take lots of pictures.

We loved the bridge and sights but our tour guide didn't have much to say about anything. It seemed that he couldn't express himself well due to a language barrier. Also my husband's derailer just broke and the guide had to walk it back while he took his bike and we went on alone on Madison Ave. during rush hour. It was terrifying at times definitely NOT for youngsters. They didn't compensate us at all and it was the second time a bike had broken on us at this rental company as we had rented for central park already and my bike wouldn't gear down making it a tiring and arduous time. Also wouldn't compensate us for that day.

We had been on Brooklyn bridge a number of times and this time decided to see how different it would be with a guide. It was a great experience riding through the city to Brooklyn upto the bridge. Some great pictures too.

Our guide for the tour of Brooklyn bridge was Ray. Knowledgable local seeming guide that knew the best routes to take and which crowded area to avoid on the bridge.
