Wij geloven niet in "cookie-cutter" ervaringen en jij ook niet! We bieden de meest gepersonaliseerde tours mogelijk, wat betekent dat elke tour die we geven nooit hetzelfde is. Met uitzondering van een paar must-try voedingsmiddelen, de rest is gebouwd rond JOU en wat je nieuwsgierig bent naar proeven. Groepen worden klein gehouden en geleid door een ongelooflijk deskundige Gids. Wist je dat stokbrood een van de slechtste broodsoorten van Frankrijk is en dat je om iets anders moet vragen? Wist je dat er seizoenen zijn voor kaas? Wilt u iemand de regio's van Franse wijn laten uitleggen? Onze gidsen kunnen dit doen omdat ze voormalige chef-koks, voedselschrijvers en wijnexperts zijn - niet een student die een script heeft onthouden. U wandelt door het oude Bordeaux, met zijn prachtige middeleeuwse architectuur en geplaveide straatjes, en proeft het beste dat Bordeaux te bieden heeft. We hebben alleen de hoogste kwaliteit winkels geselecteerd om te laten zien en portiegroottes zijn royaal.

De tour duurt ongeveer 3 uur en is verdeeld in twee delen. De eerste helft bezoekt u de beste ambachtelijke winkels in de stad - specifiek een ambachtelijke bakker, fromagerie, slager en kandelaar. Onderweg proef je een aantal items, maar het belangrijkste evenement vindt plaats tijdens de tweede helft van de tour. U geniet van een zittende wijn, kaas en vleeswarencombinatie voor een grote finale in een wijnkelder / wijnwinkel. Terwijl we wandelen, zullen we wijzen op een paar historische bezienswaardigheden in de oude binnenstad BorDEaux van de Camino de Santiago naar de Grosse Cloche - een van de meest erkende monumenten van Bordeaux.
Onze standaard tour begint bij de Cinema Utopia en is ongeveer 1 km opgebroken over een rustig anderhalf uur, voor de zittende wijn pairing. Onderweg zijn er plekken om te zitten en uit te rusten en de afstand kan zelfs nog verder worden verkleind als er iemand op de tour is die bejaard of mobiliteitsbeperkt is.
We zijn in staat om glutenvrije klanten tegemoet te komen door een speciale bonusstop te maken bij een glutenvrije bakkerij. Als je coeliakie hebt, laat het ons dan van tevoren weten, want we hebben een speciaal protocol.

This tour is a must when visiting Bordeaux; the food was delicious, we tried a lot of different food. Alex, our guide, was great and he provided a lot of information. I am a vegetarian and Alex did a great job accommodating that. Our group stayed after the tour and we had a great chat.

Alex was our tour guide and the tour was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable about food, wine, cheese, history and architecture in Bordeaux. I was surprised by how much there is to know about cheese. The food samples were abundant, the walking was easy with lots of breaks.

This food & wine tour was absolutely amazing! Walking throughout the City picking out our items at the different locations was the best-and a plus that we could go back if wanted! This was an enjoyable tour highlighting some of the excellent foods and wines of Bordeaux, with visits to some of the local shops. Alexandre was an excellent tour leader.
