Aan boord van een exclusief schip met een professionele schipper vaart u door kristalhelder water en langs adembenemende landschappen. U kunt historische villa's, pittoreske stadjes en unieke Alpenpanorama's bewonderen vanaf het bevoorrechte uitzichtpunt op het water. We vertrekken vanaf de Como-pier, tegenover Bar Lario. Zodra je vertrekt, kun je "The Life Electric" bewonderen, ontworpen door de beroemde architect Libeskind. We vervolgen onze weg langs de westelijke oever van het meer naar Villa Olmo, een neoklassieke villa met een prachtig park en een tuin in Italiaanse stijl. (1H, 2H, 3H, 4H)
Vervolgens komen we aan in Cernobbio, dat samen met villa Erba, het huis van Luchino Visconti, de beroemde Italiaans regisseur, en villa d'Este, momenteel een van de beste hotels ter wereld, een werkelijk sfeervol stadsgezicht vormt. Perfect day with Riccardo, charming and funny. He drove us to a beautiful spot near a little island where we had a swim, showing us all the villas and telling funny stories about the lake. Going with Ricky on his boat was a unique experience. He’s so knowledgeable about the Lake, which made our time that much more enjoyable. He is a very good and safe driver and we highly recommend spending time with him on his elegant boat. A memorable day.

Overall we had a nice time on the water. I was worried initially as the boat stalled immediately after pickup and we sat in the heat for 20 minutes stationary while Ricardo tried to get the boat moving again. I wasn’t sure the tour was going to happen but eventually he was able to get it going. He was knowledgeable about the area and showed us a lot of famous villas around Como. Given the cost of the tour there was more that could have been done to make it more of a luxury experience. He wasn’t ready with Prosecco on board so I had to go into the local bar to pick it up for him and bring it on board. Also he was on his phone quite a bit which shouldn’t happen on a tour like this. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.
