Viator subcontracts with local guides. We booked very early morning for a tour later that same morning. Viator sent a confirmation email and vouchers for our tour but the guide never showed. The local tour place wasn’t even open to receive the request until I called (45 minutes past the start of the tour time). Had to get a refund and book elsewhere. Trying to get customer service was a ridiculous runaround! Do not recommend!
Dear Tracy, We never had the chance to meet personaly, therefore we could not do bad at service for you! You booked your tour at 4:47 in the morning, with our earliest 8:00 am departure option! We offered a 10:00 am departure as alternative, we really tried to be rapid on your request! You didn’t agree on the next departure time and we agreed on a full refund immediately! We feel the most disappointed as we could not meet with you as we have very very low cancellation rate!! Reading my answer above i hope it makes understandable we tried our best! Please also be reasonable on the side of booking... we work with people we are people!
Good thorough overview of city with historical background-it is good if you don’t have much time to visit and also good to point out sights you may want to visit if you have time

Gabriel was extremely attentive and easy to communicate with. Our tour was in English and he was fluent. We requested to focus on heroes square and we were shown that and more. It was a seamless and easily personalized experience. Gabriel also was flexible with pickup as we were doing this tour while staying on a river cruise ship which changed dock locations overnight. Communication was via WhatsApp and simple. Definitely recommend.

Gabor (Gabriel) was a very friendly, highly knowledgeable, super-friendly & safe driver/tour guide. It was an amazing way to see Budapest when time is short. We saw a week’s worth of sights in 3 hours. The tour itself was a very flexible mix of driving, narration, stops and taking in the sights. Clean newer Mercedes sedan, parking privileges all over the city, so no waiting around or parking issues. Highly recommended!
