Lokale biersommelier Carien ontvangt u in haar privé proeflokaal en laat u kennismaken met de wondere wereld van de Belgische ambachtelijke bieren. Je proeft vier bierstijlen in combinatie met wat fingerfood (zoals kaas/chocolade) terwijl ze je meer vertelt over bier, brouwen en alle lokale Brusselse brouwerijen die je kunt ontdekken. Kleine groepen, heerlijke biertjes met snacks en een heerlijke sfeer. Geen alcohol drinken? Wij kunnen de volgende alternatieven regelen : - alcoholvrije bierproeverij (0,0%) - alcoholvrije bierproeverij (max 0,5%) - Frisdrankproeverij Reizen met kinderen? Als u met minderjarige kinderen wilt komen, laat u dit dan van tevoren weten. Vanaf 8 jaar verzorgen wij een frisdrankproeverij. Voor kinderen onder de 8 zullen wij zorgen voor drankjes, snacks en wat speelgoed indien nodig. Kinderen zullen altijd onder uw toezicht in dezelfde kamer zijn. Wij zullen NOOIT bier of alcoholvrij bier schenken aan kinderen!

We did the VIP beer tasting for two and had a great time. The beer selection was excellent, with some beers we had never tried before. A real highlight was tasting a young and an aged Orval side by side and discovering how much the flavour changes over time. The food pairings were also fantastic and really added to the experience. It was interesting to see how different cheese, chocolates and other bites brought out new flavours in the beers. Carien is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about beer. The explanations were interesting without ever feeling overwhelming, and I learned a lot throughout the evening. I would also like to mention the attention to detail, that really made it special. Everything felt very personal and well thought out. A fun, enriching and memorable experience. We would definitely do it again and would happily recommend it to others.
