Do Eat Better Experience Berlin Food Tour is een wandeltocht in kleine groepen rond de wijk Mitte. Je wordt begeleid door een lokale Expert die in staat is om elk detail van de geselecteerde restaurants, hun voorbereidingen en andere relevante curiositeiten uit te leggen. Onze tours zijn een mix van hoogwaardige gastronomie als een manier om de Berlijnse cultuur en levensstijl te laten zien en een wandelervaring samen met een lokale vriend. U krijgt een volledige maaltijd in minstens 4 haltes en proeft van de beroemdste gerechten in de stad, zoals kebab en currywurst. Al het eten en drinken hier beschreven is inbegrepen. We beginnen onze tour op een van de beroemdste pleinen ter wereld, Alexanderplatz, met de iconische Berliner Fernsehturm, de Televisietoren. Vanaf hier maakt u een wandeling door de wijk Mitte met onze lokale expert en proeft u enkele van de meest geliefde gerechten in Berlijn, beginnend bij een hoofdbestanddeel van de Duitse keuken: Currywurst!
Neem plaats in dit eclectische restaurant en probeer een van de beroemdste gerechten van de stad: doner kebab! Hier ontdek je hoe dit gerecht - oorspronkelijk uit Turkije - een van de hoofdbestanddelen van de Berlijnse keuken is geworden, met ook veel hedendaagse varianten.

Fantastic. I always take a “food tour” in every city. Without question, this was one of the most enjoyable. The food was particularly good and varied. That alone would have made the tour highly rated. However, Anna, the tour guide, took the event to a higher level. She spread her enthusiasm, humor and personal interaction to all members of the tour group. By the last stop, the entire group was talking and laughing together. Anna was also full of information about each stop. As she talked about a site, everybody was interested, peered in and paid attention. My only complaint is that the tour’s duration was too short for the information flow and the enjoyable evening.
Anna is a very humorous tour guide who was able to tell us many interesting details about Berlin with enthusiasm. We can highly recommend the tour.

To be clear- this is not a food tour of traditional German food. We enjoyed the 3 stops for food and especially the stop at the Beer Garden. We even went back there the next day for dinner and more beer! Anna was our guide. She was funny, shared information about our stops, but also about interesting areas along our walking route. There was a mix up with start location- which was the fault of what was on the Viator ticket information, but with a phone call, we were able to find Anna. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because on a his tour, there was the two of us and one more person. That person was close in age to Anna and they obviously hit it off very quickly. There was a great deal of talking between the two of them. For a bit, we felt like intruders to their conversation. Overall, we enjoyed the food, beer and information, but it did feel awkward at times with some of the conversation.
What a great time we had on this food tour with Anna! She is so knowledgeable, not only about the delicious food, but sharing history of the city as we progressed. It was interesting to hear the link between the history of the food and the history of the city. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to enjoy delicious food along with an engaging historical tour.

Juan made the tour personal, relaxed, local, with history, we wish we had done it the first or second night as we saw areas and food places we definitely wanted to return too , come hungry lots of lovely fresh homemade food!! unfortunately it was our last evening in Berlin, so we never got to go back to these fabulous places..
