We had the privilege of having Hannah as our tour guide for the concentration camp, and she was truly EXCEPTIONAL. She was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the entire experience. Her vast knowledge of the history and the Holocaust helped bring context and depth to what we were seeing, making the experience even more impactful and meaningful. Hannah’s voice projected clearly, she was patient every step of the way, and she created an environment where we could take in such difficult history at our own pace. Her passion for sharing this history and honoring those whose lives were impacted was evident throughout the tour. We are so grateful to Hannah for guiding us through such a powerful and emotional experience. I would highly recommend touring with her to anyone visiting the area. Sachsenhausen was het eerste speciaal gebouwde concentratiekamp, gecreëerd als centrum van terreur, vervolging en systematische wreedheid. Aanvankelijk werden degenen die het naziregime als raciaal, sociaal of politiek ongewenst beschouwde gevangengezet. Reis door de stad Oranienburg en leer hoe de lokale gemeenschap verbonden was met het kamp. Somber but very interesting tour
Our guide was Paul Declan and he did an amazing job telling the story of what happened leading up to and at the concentration camp. We walked away with a real appreciation for this important part of history.

Wonderful experience
I took this tour today with Chris. The group was made up of so many from other countries, our guide Chris included (Canadian). But that made the tour even better. He was great!

Sachenhausen Day Trip
Hannah and the tour were phenomenal. The tour was very informative and Hannah did a great job of connecting the different pieces of Berlin history together. Hannah even had a personal account of her grandparents being Holocaust survivors and made the tour that much more touching. 10/10 would recommend
