It was great! Three people didn’t show up so we had a private tour. Crew was friendly and knowledgeable. They made us feel very comfortable. Learned a ton about lobsters and enjoyed eating g them as part of the tour. Great experience

Great experience, beautiful views of the harbor by boat. Capt Mike was very knowledgeable on the lobster industry. Meal after checking traps was amazing. Lobster, shrimp, clams, oysters, mussels, corn on the cob. Highly recommend this excursion.

Hello from some Okies! Jessica here :) What a wonderful morning spent with my husband, some lovely new friends from Florida, and Captain Michael on his lobster boat!!! Enjoyable Maine experience from start to finish! Captain Michael is experienced in his craft and told us the ins and outs of the life of a Lobsterman. He is incredibly down to earth, genuine, funny, and kind. He told us some great stories about his family too! So cool to see the lobster cages pop out of the water and learn which lobsters get tossed back in and which ones are the money makers. I got to send our kids a pic of me kissing a “Keepah” - what more could a girl from Oklahoma ask for?!? 🥰🦞🤣 We also got to enjoy seeing Harbor Seals pop their heads out of the water and we had an especially thrilling time chasing a WHALE! What?!?!? This doesn’t usually happen, so it made for an extra special boat ride! (So glad Kyle upgraded to the “Whale Package”) 😜 Our meal at Young’s Lobster Pound was yummy and relaxing. Then back on the boat to head to the dock. Thank you, Captain Michael, for an unforgettable time! We loved it and highly recommend!!! We went out on July 22. We had a wonderful experience with Captain Michael and our guide Della. The meal at Young’s Lobster Pound was truly a feast. Highly recommend.

This was a great cruise. Captain Michael taught us so much about lobsters, the lobsterman profession, and how to catch a lobster and what happens next. Fascinating, engaging, and interactive. Michael also pointed out the wildlife such as the different birds, fish, and the seals. Our lunch could not have been more fresh. An excellent experience!!!!

Great experience - The guide was very personable and informative. We got to be "hands on" in the lobster fishing process (as much or as little as each person wanted to be) and he educated us on all of the ins and outs of lobster fishing, the area, etc. Then we enjoyed a lobster lunch just across the water. A fun morning and also got to see the area from the water!

Loved this tour-our guide Michael was both knowledgeable and entertaining. My husband has some mobility issues and he was very accommodating, including help on and off the boat as well as taking us back to our car to drive to the lobster dinner rather than navigating a steep ramp and steps. Highly recommend!

This was very educational in that we learned about lobster licensing and protocols of lobster pots and how to measure whether lobsters are caught or released. It was a beautiful day and we were able to haul the pots ourselves and engage hands on. We thought we would also visit the Lobster Pound and eat lobster but noticed afterwards the trip did state “ no feast” so just look for that when you book.
