Bekijk schattige reuzenpanda's van dichtbij, ontdek de prachtige charme van het Zomerpaleis, wandel door eeuwenoude Hutongs en bezoek de vereerde Tempel van de Hemel. Belangrijke opmerking : De Tempel van de Hemel is elke maandag gesloten. Mocht dit op uw tourdatum vallen, dan zal de route dienovereenkomstig worden aangepast, met een bezoek aan de Yonghe Tempel (Lama Tempel) als alternatieve attractie.

Ontmoet uw vriendelijke privé Gids in uw hotel of het aangewezen ontmoetingspunt op de geplande vertrektijd. Ga vervolgens naar het Panda House in het Xicheng District, waar je de schattige reuzenpanda's van dichtbij kunt observeren. In de ochtend heb je de kans om ze te zien genieten van hun ontbijt.
Vervolgens leidt uw deskundige Gids u op een fascinerende tour door het Zomerpaleis, ooit de prachtige keizerlijke tuin van de Chinese koninklijke familie. Met meer dan 3000 kamers staat dit enorme complex vol met prachtige paviljoens, sierlijke bruggen, iconische lange gangen en oude tempels. Terwijl u door de stad wandelt, deelt uw Gids levendige verhalen en historische inzichten, waardoor dit koninklijke toevluchtsoord tot leven komt.
Uw Gids neemt u mee op een heerlijke wandeltocht door de oude Hutongs van Beijing. Wandel langs smalle, kronkelende straatjes met traditionele binnenplaatswoningen, dompel jezelf onder in de echte levensstijl van het oude Beijing en luister terwijl je Gids fascinerende verhalen vertelt en lokale tradities achter deze eeuwenoude steegjes deelt. U krijgt een intieme glimp van het lokale dagelijkse leven, het creëren van een authentieke, meeslepende en onvergetelijke Beijing ervaring. Lunch wordt geregeld in het Hutong-gebied, met een brede selectie lokale delicatessen en traditionele snacks die u op uw gemak kunt kiezen. Er is voldoende vrije tijd om authentieke lokale gerechten te proeven. Lunch is op eigen kosten voor de standaard tour. Voor gasten die het all-inclusive arrangement boeken, is de lunch volledig inbegrepen en inbegrepen in de tourprijs.

You cannot go to China and not see pandas. Our excellent guide, Wendy, picked us up at the hotel on time and our first stop was Panda House. Being early in the morning we were able to see several active pandas while they were eating. An unforgettable experience. Then we headed to the Summer Palace... an impressive place where Wendy shared anecdotes about the place and important historical information with us. The final stop, after a delicious lunch, was the Temple of Heaven. A fabulous day. Thanks to the good disposition and professionalism of Wendy, who made this day something very special. The tour was absolutely excellent! All the places we visited were incredible, and everything was very well organized from beginning to end. This was a great family experience to visit the Panda house and see the pandas. The Panda house is at the zoo, so we actually got to see a Polar Bear too, which was an added treat. All the sites we visited were amazing and our family of 4 had a great time.

We had an amazing day on the Beijing: Panda House, Summer Palace, Old Hutong & Temple of Heaven tour, and our guide, Lucy, made all the difference. Lucy’s English is outstanding, making everything easy to understand and enjoyable to follow. She is kind, punctual, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about her guests. She also took incredible family photos for us, which was such a nice bonus. The private driver was absolutely worth it. Being dropped off at one entrance and picked up at another made the day incredibly efficient, especially since we were traveling with a child. Lucy also gave us a great lunch recommendation and even helped us fit in an early breakfast near the zoo, even though it wasn’t part of the itinerary. The pandas were unbelievably cute, and Lucy knew exactly how to navigate the Panda House to make sure we saw all three. The Summer Palace and Temple of Heaven are iconic attractions that need no introduction, but having Lucy explain their history before we explored and point out fascinating details along the way made us appreciate them so much more. The biggest surprise of the day was the Old Hutong. We absolutely loved it, and it ended up being one of our favorite parts of the tour. Lucy continued to go above and beyond even after the tour. She shared helpful tips for the rest of our time in Beijing and even helped us arrange tickets for an amazing Cirque du Soleil-style acrobatic show. Overall, this was one of the best guided tours we’ve taken. The itinerary is excellent, the private transportation makes the day seamless, and Lucy’s knowledge, professionalism, and warmth elevated the entire experience. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Beijing, and if you have the chance, ask for Lucy. She is fantastic.

Sunny and our driver Mr. Yang did a great job taking us around to the Pandas, Summer Palace, and Temple of Heaven and explaining the history and meaning behind everything we saw. All of the itinerary was amazing. Sunny also offered an option to attend an acrobatic show at additional cost that ended up being a highlight of the day. Don't miss it.
