Ga met ons mee op een echt wilde wandeling, het verkennen van het oude regenwoud, prachtige valleien, majestueuze bergen en kristalheldere stromen van de Daintree. 's Ochtends genieten we van een fascinerende schilderachtige rit naar het Daintree Rainforest , genietend van een gastronomische lunch in een prachtig regenwoudrestaurant. Hier leren we ook over de lokaal geteelde lekkernijen met een Tropisch Fruit Proeverij ervaring. GELIEVE UW LUNCHKEUZES VOOR ALLE REIZIGERS IN TE VOEREN ONDER "SPECIALE WENSEN" TIJDENS HET AFREKENEN. Om de ochtend te beginnen rijden we vanuit Port Douglas door weelderige en bergachtige kustlandschappen en leren we over de geschiedenis en cultuur van de regio, terwijl we richting het oude Daintree Rainforest reizen.
We genieten van een uitstekende gastronomische lunch in een verborgen restaurant in het regenwoud, met keuzes uit biefstuk, vis, kangoeroe, kip of vegetarisch, en er wordt rekening gehouden met andere dieetwensen. Vers voor u bereid door een chef-kok van het beste restaurant uit de omgeving. Geniet van een extra proeverij van tropisch fruit bij uw hoofdmaaltijd en leer over de geschiedenis en culinaire toepassingen van deze kleurrijke en exotische lekkernijen!
Voor onze spectaculaire en idyllische middag lopen we door eeuwenoude open plekken in het regenwoud en de kreekvallei naar een prachtige, afgelegen waterval in het Daintree Wet Tropics Werelderfgoedgebied, waar we kunnen zwemmen in deze ongerepte, ongerepte rotspoelen. De wandeling duurt 1 uur, enkele reis, en vereist een redelijke conditie en een goede balans. We gaan in een rustig tempo en delen onderweg veel fascinerende details over het wilde ecosysteem van het regenwoud... Daarna ontspannen we en genieten we van een verfrissende duik in deze magische natuurlijke Rockpool, waar we direct onder de watervallen kunnen zwemmen!

It was an amazing day ! Relaxing drive , tasty lunch with presentation about tropical fruit, and pleasant walk through impressive Daintree Rainforest with interesting stories about animals,trees and plants . Excellent tour guide Alistair the most informative and chilled guide . . . Lunch was extremely tasty with an informative talk on all the native fruits included. . . Hike lets you experience the nature of the Daintree at its absolute natural best . . . Waterfall is pure heaven with the most cleanest and purest water I’ve ever experienced. . . Amazing experience with an awesome, friendly guide. The hike and swim were beautiful and calm, as this is the only tour with access to this waterfall. Lunch at the teahouse was delicious, especially the tropical fruit tasting. Highly recommend!

Overall an enjoyable outing. The highlight of our day was swimming in the very fresh water at the waterfall. Our guide, Alister was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The lunch was satisfactory.

Had a wonderful rain forest experience, including a lunch with local produce and kangaroo/baromondi. Enjoyed a private tour guide, Allister, who shared stories of the local area, and provided a personal experience…joining us for a hike through the forest, and a destination to a private waterfall and swimming hole. Very personal and private, an exclusive location definitely worth the trip. The waterfall was amazing, and the location is very private. My wife and I, and the tour guide. Shared this experience all to ourselves. Highly recommend!!

We had a really nice and relaxed day on this Daintree Jungle tour. Trying unique local fruits was a great experience — first at the teahouse and later freshly picked straight from the trees, which made it feel very authentic. The walk to the waterfall was impressive, and our guide was very friendly and informative without being overwhelming. Overall, a well-organized and enjoyable tour that we would recommend.

Our tour guide Alister was very friendly and informative regarding the Rainforest. We started the tour with an early lunch including a tropical fruit selection. Very prepared, lending us ponchos for the rain! He had a lot of knowledge of the plants and trees. We ended up in the waterfall where we could swim.
