This was an amazing adventure! I booked this as a solo traveler, and they made sure it was unforgettable. My driver, Gusti, was fantastic, very friendly, punctual, and shared a lot about Bali culture. From the moment we booked, communication with the tour operator was smooth via WhatsApp. Even before we arrived in Bali, everything was easy to coordinate. On the day of the tour, our driver picked us up, and we had a guide with us throughout the experience, which made everything clear and straightforward. There are lockers for your belongings. We had a blast parasailing, jet skiing, and on the banana boat and donut boat. If you have 3 to 4 hours and are looking for some adrenaline-pumping fun, this is perfect!
My wife and I visited Bali for the first time and booked water sports and tours. The service was excellent! Agus was very patient in answering all my questions about the water activities. We had so much fun, and the instructors and photographers were professional, especially with safety protocols. Our driver and guide, Elga, was also fantastic, a safe driver and very knowledgeable about the tour sights. He was always punctual, arriving early to pick us up at our villa.
