Bali Full-Day Traditionele Village Sightseeing Trip All Inclusive

We had a very full day visiting local crafts, batik, paintings and jewellery factories. All the people are exceptionally skilled at their crafts. We toured a temple and it was the most interesting to me to learn about the Hindu beliefs. When we left Ubud and went high into the mountains this was the most peaceful part. Lush forests and rice terraces were “enhanced” by zip lines and huge swings. Lunch was a buffet of simple but very tasty food while seated looking at Mt Batur and the lake. Our driver was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of interesting stories. He was really good. We skipped the waterfall because at that stage the old knees weren’t up to the challenge of another 200 steps each way. Definitely worth the day trip.

Our guide Sumo was great, good conversation and very knowledgeable. The tour itself was better than we could have expected the rice fields was amazing and also the highlight of the trip! Highly recommend

This was a private one on one tour I can thoroughly recommend it Visited a Batic factory: beautiful garments ; a silversmith( great earrings) and Bali art -also very nice paintings of rice harvesting. Also visited a big Hindu temple and a volcano for a late lunch I can thoroughly recommend it: good value for money I would do it again in a heatbeat

Our guide & driver were excellent. We were taken to all the touristy places, would have liked to see more tradional Bali. Wasn't really interested in going to the Batik, jewellery & paint shops (all were very good craftsman), felt abit obliged to buy something. Overall a lot of driving to get to all the different places.

It was a wonderful one-day trip in and around Ubud. I enjoyed the lovely lush green landscape and occasional play of rain and sun on the way. The three most memorable experiences included (a) the trip deep into the monkey forest with its huge old banyan trees and the lovely fog in the air due to the morning rains, with the monkey babies running around with their moms; (b) the terraced rice fields with farmers wearing their characteristic conical hats working hard for transplanting and (c) enjoying lunch by the intimidating but beautiful mount Batur with the lake formed from the volcano wrapping around it. Sumo, my guide, was a jovial and kind man with a lot of useful information and anecdotes about Bali. If you have limited time and wish to catch the main attractions in Ubud, I would certainly recommend this trip.

Wonderful day with so much more than what was on itinerary! Could do with less local stops & more time at Waterfall. Arya our driver was awesome & very knowledgeable

Our tour guide Pakis was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even shared some photos from his wedding with us. The tour was fantastic and Pakis made our day enjoyable and stress free. The tour can also be flexible if you want to make an extra stop to buy some fruit on the side of the road like we did. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Had a fabulous time with Margot. He was super knowledgeable and a fantastic guide. We had a lot of fun. Highlight was the coffee and tea tasting! And monkey forest was so cool we felt safe with our guide.
